Rummet var rent och sängen var rymlig och mycket bra. Om jag kommer till Osaka för sightseeing kommer jag också att stanna där.

Första gången var mycket imponerad.

self-check in which was easy. location is not bad - 5 mins to one staton and 10 mins to another station, there are many restaurants and shops close by. not as busy as namba so it's nicer to walk around room size is not too bad for a budget hotel next to train track so there was noise from train from 5.30am not much facilities but overall good value

Excellent  hotel. big room just only a  little bit long walk to station with luggages

That was Airbnb type of hotel Apartment style! Nice apartment, clean & tidy. Comfortable room with mini kitchen. That was great provided washing machine too. A self- check in hotel an email you with the instructions. Beautiful place & great location nearby train station & just a walking distance to Family mart & Lawson. It was comfortable enough to enjoy 3 night stayed in Osaka!

The apartment is just 1-2 min walk away from Family Mart. Lawson is just slightly further away. Very convenient! They also provide hotel slippers, towels, chopsticks, utensils, bowls! It’s perfect. We weren’t affected by the noise as our room was facing another direction. Request for a higher floor and the request was met! 🙏🏻✨ Overall a great stay!

The staff are kindness and helpful when didn't know about policy hotel. Especially it near metro station

We were extremely pleased with our stay at this serviced apartment hotel. The room was spacious (especially by Japanese standards) and came fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay - all advertised amenities matched the description, including a fully-fitted kitchen with complete cookware and utensils. - Ample supply of bath and face towels - (Minor oversight) Could have provided clearer instructions for towel replacement - Impeccable cleanliness, all appliances and accessories like new - Prime location: just 7-10 minutes walk to two different subway stations - Quiet residential area - Convenient neighborhood amenities: • Lawson convenience store - 200m to the left • FamilyMart convenience store - only 100m to the right. - Received all check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival - The support team stood out for: • Exceptional friendliness and responsiveness • Availability from early morning until late evening • Always provided prompt assistance with any queries. We confidently recommend this apartment hotel and would certainly consider staying here again during our future visits to Osaka. It's an excellent choice for those seeking quality serviced apartments in the area.
