Very good hotel. convenient check-in and check-out. the room has everything you need. we were in a room with a Japanese room - it's very cool. the hotel is very well located, close to the metro from which you can quickly get to Nara. The staff really helped us with the luggage issue, for which they are especially grateful♥️

We had such a pleasant one week stay at Chuan House. The room was spacious with plenty of space for large luggages and movement. It was a convenient location for us as we were able to wade through the crowd and walk back here from Dotonbori, instead of trying to find a spot to grab a ride and spend more money. What really surprised us was the amazing dryer function in the bathroom which was so good at drying our clothes within an hour or so after washing! Easily fresh clothes every other day. Check-in and self-help to room supplies were a breeze. Communication with a staff representative was easy - special thanks to KK for the prompt response and assistance rendered to us when we needed, it really makes a difference. Overall it’s great value for what you’re getting!

In order not to disturb your daily rest, we will not provide additional cleaning services during your stay. Orders staying for more than four nights can enjoy one free room cleaning service (including changing towels). Other situations require additional payment to enjoy. We also have brooms and small vacuum cleaners prepared. If you need them, please contact us promptly and we can provide them for free. Thank you again for your stay and feedback. Great place at the outskirts of the main Dotonbori area. Quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. Especially the washing machine! Special mention to U U, who patiently helped us with a booking of volleyball game tickets. She was very helpful and kind!

Very small room, service is not that good

I don't know what the service the customer mentioned is. We are a self-service apartment. Although there is no fixed front desk, if you encounter any problems during your stay, you can always contact our online customer service email. Our on-site staff will be working in the apartment from 9-18 o'clock, and as long as you contact us, we will do our best to solve your problems. 位置，離地鐵站約600米，路上有便利店，葯粧和中國餐館，步行約10分鐘就到了。 辦理入住是自助式的，管家給發郵件，按照密碼輸入進入樓宇，在一層大堂每個房間都有一個鑰匙盒子，再次輸入密碼就可以拿到鑰匙了。有種沉浸式密室的感覺。 房間是家庭房，一個雙人床，加了一個榻榻米，裏面有冰箱，洗衣機，微波爐，熱水器，有種回家的感覺。 最喜歡得就是大涼台，可以現在12樓看到大阪都市的城景。 洗漱間裏是全套pola系列，洗髮和沐浴的味道…… 這個酒店公寓不僅適合家庭，也很適合情侶，下次還回來

체크인 너무나 친절하게 안내받았어요 숙소는 깔끔한 편으로 따뜻한 온수 욕조 무엇하나 부족함 없이 잘 이용했어요 냉장고두 작은게 알차게 이용했어요 근처 도톤보리 가기두 편리했구요 편의점도 가까운곳에 있어서 잘 이용했어요

非常滿意的出遊，太開心，太意外，日本酒店普遍太小，而且按人頭收費，帶了兩個孩子，看圖片感覺川House最合適。開始有點忐忑，畢竟沒住過公寓。結果入住後很驚喜，面積大，乾淨整潔，滿足需求，早餐直接711買微波爐加熱食品，非常好口味！馬桶也是智能馬桶，浴室有加熱，可以風乾衣服！公寓位置也好，在中心地段，隨便去哪裡都很方便！

在日本房間空間算很大的，有休閑區，有微波爐電磁爐，洗衣機，衣服可以曬在陽台上。服務員也很熱情，送了水和咖啡，有需求的話可以隨時打掃房間更換浴巾

環境十分好👍🏻地理位置亦很方便，酒店的聯絡及回覆很快👍🏻但是我們只住了3晚，所以沒有清潔房間服務😊
