Great location, just a few minutes away from Tsutenkaku and Ebisucho station! Check-in and check-out was incredibly fuss free, and they send instructions on how to check-in a few days before your trip & on the day of your arrival. The room entrance has a little nook for your luggage and day bag(s), as well as a big umbrella if you need it, and the room is big enough to open my suitcase completely and still have room to walk! Everything was working and refilling amenities was very convenient so I never had to interact with customer service. Cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again! Housekeeping does NOT clean up the room during your stay. Tidy your room and dispose of your trash yourselves! The garbage disposal room is in a room on the right after you exit from the main entrance. One thing to note for solo travellers: the building is in a relatively quiet area. Foot traffic in the area is sparse throughout the day. But the staff working in the shops along the way are friendly and willing to walk with you if you need the help!

The hotel is conveniently located and there are convenient stores downstairs. It gave you the basics and not more. The supporting staff would reply in even at night which was good. Supply of towels fluctuates as it was gone out of supply in ‘peak’ hours

Everything in good, great location Nearby train station, lots of nice food nearby LAWSON and 7 eleven opposite the apartment.

The self check-in and check-out process is very easy and straightforward as the admin will send you an email reminder on the check-in and how the process is being carried out. I really love both the management team of this hotel and the hotel itself. Before going to Osaka I had a few questions/enquires to which the management team were able to get back to me promptly without much waiting. The help provided was very clear and easy to understand also. For the hotel amenities itself me and my friends feel like it's really good and very clean. Absolutely love the function in the shower room whereby I'm able to dry my clothes within an hour or so after washing. So don't worry about the hotel having no dryer as there's a function you can choose to dry your clothes in the shower room.

The place is clean and tidy. The rooms are bigger than most other apartment hotels which is great as it is excellent for luggage storage. Location is great.

The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Osaka, providing easy access to popular tourist attractions. The apartment is adequately sized for a couple, and there are numerous dining options in the vicinity. However, the apartment can be somewhat noisy at night, with the sound of traffic audible. This may be a disadvantage for individuals who require light sleep. Nevertheless, the overall amenities and location are satisfactory. I anticipate returning to this apartment, but I recommend requesting a higher floor to minimize noise from the street.

Don’t expect this to be a full service hotel, it is self check in only but the steps are very easy so there’s not much issues there. Rooms are clean and spacious with spaces for luggages, it’s located near a train station and there’s few convenience store in the block so don’t worry about not finding any groceries. If you are looking for apartment like stays then this is a good recommendation, the only minor issue was that the air conditioning was not that strong so it was a bit stuffy.

Nice and very useful studio with a small kitchen and laundry. Just need one more pillow and cutlery. Check in very well organised and easy communication with owner.
