Clean room with a good working "desk". Got it for a very cheap price. Check offers. Bedsheets have been changed as promised after the third night. All necessaties are available.

The room is small and the bed tiny, also the cleaning leaves much to be desired.
But we absolutely loved the location! Osaka Bay Tower is just across the road where you'll find Lopia (supermarket), Kirindo (pharmacy) and best of all, Daiso! Bentencho station is also nearby and we could get to other parts of Osaka easily on either the Osaka Loop or Chuo lines.
The hotel gave us a lovely welcome basket too!

Arrived at 11pm no staff at reception so we followed instructions for online check in. Location is very close to Bentencho station and the room is decent for 2 people to sleep. Room is clean but the beddings (pillow, blanket) we saw few strads of hair from previous guests. We stayed for 8 nights but they only cleaned my room once (1x) for our 8 night stay despite asking them by leaving “please make up room” card outside my door. Not sure if that is their policy or what but I just did not expect that policy of them.

However, we would like to share our normal procedure.Regarding the late check-in, we provide a self online check-in service for guests who arrive after the office hours of our front desk. We prepare an envelope under guest name with printed information, including "online check-in instructions" and "room cleaning policy," which is placed at the front desk. As you arrived at 23:00, after our front office had closed, you should have received the said envelope. In addition to the "online check-in instructions," we also provide a "room cleaning policy" in print. This policy states that the hotel provides room cleaning service once every 3 consecutive nights of stay, unless a guest places a "Do Not Disturb" (DND) sign or makes separate bookings for consecutive nights, which our system may not be able to identify. If a guest requests room cleaning on a day that is not entitled to it, the room attendance will not perform the cleaning. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you, and we regret that you only received one cleaning during your 8-night stay. To ensure guest’s pleasant stay, we encourage guests to approach our front office staff during their working hours, use the available chat platform on the online check-in page, or call our 24-hour emergency numbers.We sincerely apologize for the presence of hairs on the bedding. As we outsource our room cleaning services to a registered cleaning company, we will report this incident and ensure that they adhere to our cleaning standards. We will also reconsider our choice of cleaning company if such situations occur frequently.We appreciate your feedback, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused during your stay.
