Welina Hotel Premier Osaka Namba recensioner

Perfect location, 5 mins walk to Namba station. And I like they are environmental friendly, no cleaning service during few days stay. We just need to put the rubbish bin n used towels outside the room and they will handle them. And they provide new towels every day. Staff are friendly. The lobby is big and looks nice.

Hotel Welina is in a great location, within walking distance of Dotonbori, Namba and Namba Station, Nippombashi station and more. There are loads of eateries around the hotel and a Lawson right outside.

Great location: Short walk from Namba station. Next to a Lawson Mini mart.

It’s about 5-10min walk to Namba station depends which exit you choose. We stayed 3 nights but no house keeping except change of towel and need to put the used towel and rubbish outside door daily. Only given 2 bottle of water upon check in but not daily? The room is very small 15m and can’t open 26inch luggage.

They do not offer a makeup room services at all during our stay, only providing towels outside our door every morning. The hotel did not provide us bathroom amenities everyday, only giving us once when we first checked in. As for the location, it was average and nothing too special.

Overall, hotel set up is excellent except for the location of reception counter does not allow good interaction with hotel staff. Location of hotel is near to Nankai Namba station and for those who buy JR rail passes would have to walk rather far from JR Namba Station. Layout of room is rather tight.

No cleaning everyday & floor in mat is quite dirty. Towels & rubbish has to be put outside but without bag to put in is troublesome. Room is small & has some smell. It’s good to have 2 single beds & bed size is fine.  Reception staff is nice.

Great locations, well connected with trains. Many nearby good restaurants. Breakfast is fair.

Very closed to Namba station at walking distance. Very clean and full amenities. Love it.

The hotel is close to the Namba Station. Amenuties are good and clean . Overall it had been a good stay for me .

Just need to set your expectations right: 1) 5-10 mins walk to Namba station 2) a very small but clean room (no floor space to open carry-on suitcase), 1 foot gap at the end of the beds to go to the far side of the room, 3) low-price laundry on the 2nd floor (detergent+wash+dry 500 yen) 4) breakfast included (depending on your booking) but same everyday and basic selection, can be packed with people at 7am, and open only until 9am 5) no room service, but towels at your door everyday, just don't change the Yukata, they won't replace 6) fabric spray in the room, the exhaust fan in the shower can run 24h 7) comes with a bathtub if you need to use it 8) no tea bags in room, but there were 2 pairs of slippers, a bar fridge, a kettle, 2 cups, a safe box and a telephone

Love this hotel. Not as bad from the review. Location is perfect just few minutes walk from namba station. Bare in mind namba station is huge. Cleanliness is all good.

hotel location is very good, especially for shopping and for transportation.
