Four Points Flex by Sheraton Osaka Umeda recensioner

Checked in 19 and out 24 Jan. It's a typical Japan hotel with small room size. Despite the size, and window with no view, it's well equipped. Room is cleaned only after 3 days and not daily room cleaning service. I'm ok with this but I asked for changed towels from reception on 3rd day with no room service. Location is convenient and walking distance to Yodoyobashi and the airport limousine bus station (very important); around 10 mins. Yayoi, Japanese restaurant, provides breakfast set menu with limited items on buffet style. Not fantastic but simple break fast staple. Family Mart is across the street. Water dispenser is outside the room. Drip coffee is provided and I enjoyed. Reception personnel could speak English and easy communication. Happy and will stay again! Oh. This hotel has air conditioning, unlike some hotels where air conditioning was turned off winter season.

Nice Japsnese style hotel eith all usual amenities, quiet on high floors, in the side street, walking distance from Osaka/Umeda station where buses from Kansai arrive, although a little difficult with gps signal getting confused because of high rise, but manageable. Very clean and pleasant ambient decoration.

I emailed the hotel to let them know that I might arrive extremely late because my flight was delayed. When I got there, which was almost two in the morning, the staff was still there to welcome me. I was really impressed. The hotel is easily walkable from Osaka Station, and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. In the lobby, you can get amenity kits like toothbrushes, lotions, and mouthwash. The accommodation was clean to a high quality, the bed was nice and comfy to sleep on, and there was no noise disturbing the other rooms during my stay.

Clean & tidy, location is not very closed to subway but still very convenience.

Hotel is well located - near to Umeda station and major shopping malls. There are a lot of restaurants and good cafes in the vicinity. For the price, room is clean and stay was comfortable enough. I was particularly impressed by the hotel staff who were so friendly, accommodating and always so eager to help! The only downside is hotel entrance is inconspicuous so it was very hard to find it. It also doesn't have it's own restaurant and water dispenser on our floor was not working for the 7 days of our stay.

5 minutes from shin hankyu hotel bus station. Very convenient location and easy to navigate. Will stay again. Only gripe is sometimes the washroom is a bit dusty.

Room is clean and location is easy to find which is just five minutes walk from the Osaka Station.

The location of the hotel is great. Room is small but that’s enough for a solo traveller. Hotel is clean and tidy!

The stay was good. I love the room and amenities! The location was quite far from the metro but it’s walkable because there are shops along the way. The area is good, not noisy or crowded which I love.

It was a compact and clean hotel. Plenty of amenities but really small. We had no space to open both our luggage.

Standard business hotel in Osaka, similar to Sotetsu, ***, etc. Room has everything you need and amenities are all self-service. Hotel is strict with check-in time, as Japanese business hotels often are and thus won’t let you check in early even if there are rooms available. Location is walking distance from Umeda.

It’s close to hankyu rail but need to walk for 10-12 mins to JR stations with luggage. No smoking area in the hotel or nearby. Room is a bit small but clean.
