Least satisfied hotel in Japan. Dust in the bed space. The wall looks dirty. The bathtub curtains have a lot of mold spots. And air conditioner drips🙃🙃

Good location, nice room. It's 2 minutes walk from exit 5 of Tennoji Sta. on JR Line and Midosuji Line. Same building as the Don Quijote and hotel lift can access to it. U can shop until they close at 2 am.

Our last night 5/11/24 : Room 13-25: room is better than our first night on 27/10/24. With a slightly bigger, firmer bed, we also requested for 4 pillows, room is facing buildings at no noise from railway.

The view at lobby is very beautiful, carpark is just opposite the bldg, can hv private access to donki, the rooms are nice, clean. My kids love this hotel very much. Walkable distance to all shopping mall.

Location is good, near tennoji station and on the top of don quijote. Very convenient for travelling and shopping. Facilities are good and clean.

Overall a nice budget hotel, close to the station. Small rooms with staff Very strict on check in and check out timings. Didn’t let us check in even 30 min earlier

Location wise is great, about 5 mins walk from Tennoji Station - Central exit. The room we stayed at was spacious enough, the mattress and pillows although quite firm were actually good to sleep on, the room was cleaned with new towels replaced daily and faultless service also. I took 1 star off facilities because waiting for the lift could take a while especially during check out time and in the afternoon. And all lift will stop at Level 7 (reception) whether or not someone is waiting there. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay at Via Inn Tennoji

This hotel is at a very excellent location, right outside of Tennoji station and close opposite Tennoji park; 0.8km from Hitachi tower.

The hotel is clean. Shaver and comb are not provided for free and the room is tiny (typical Japanese hotel!).
