It's very new and clean. About 5min walk to Donki where you can take two metro lines (M and K). Two stops away from the major shopping hub.
We didnt run into the wifi problem that other reviewers mentioned. It seems theres a wifi extender installed which is good as the managment listened but I did take some time to figure out the access code at the main entrance. You need to enter the code first then press (call) the bottom right button. (The instruction above the panel is a bit confusing.)
Each residential floor has some drawers near the elevator with suppliers like towels, garbage bags, etc which I like. Night view from the roof top is a plus!
It also comes with simple cookware, silverware and detergent.
Certain local residents in the area (drunk in a broad daylight) can be a concerns for those with small kids.

The apartment is big enough to open 3 luggage in a time.this place is good for those who are looking for bigger space and able to cook and wash clothes.the twin bed is not that big as we thought, but it is enough for 3 of us.

The apartment was near to Train stations. Room was big and fits 4 persons. With washing machines was a plus. Wifi was down and unable to recover..

I stayed for 3 nights and it was quite satisfying. The room was in good condition and the location was excellent.
Subway stations, shops, convenience store were very close to the hotel.
The washing machine in the room was convenient as well.
But wifi connection was very bad. The staff tried to solve the problem but I couldn't use wifi almost every night.
It needs to be improved because it is a pretty big problem.
If the wifi problem is solved, I would like to stay here again next time.

The hotel apartment was a beautiful and cosy place to sleep. The beds were super comfortable and the overall room was lovely! The wifi was great and could connect to the TV for Netflix and Apple TV!
Lots of towels and extra incase. The washing machine was a great bonus! Balcony was was a great size and lovely view of the tower. It was super quiet at night too.
