Shin Osaka Washington Hotel Plaza recensioner

It was a very nice and clean hotel. Staff are very accommodating and respectful as well. Just a walking distance from the shin osaka station which makes it convenient if you’re coming from Tokyo via Shinkansen.

The hotel near by Shin Osaka station and easy to connect trains.

We booked two rooms in the hotel which is located in a good location near the Shin Osaka Station with good sized bedrooms but was not told that the aircon system is not functioning during this period as the rest of the hotel that we booked are with aircon or heater during winter.

Very comfortable room with a great view. The only issue, but unavoidable, was how much you could hear the neighbors and the motorcyclist at 12 am. Very near shin osaka station.

Very near to the shin osaka station, 5 mins approx by foot! So convenient

Bery well located and convenient hotel. This hotel is located less than 10 minutes walk south of Shin Osaka station. There is also Minamikata Hankyu rail station at about 10 minutes walk south of this hotel. There are 4 washing machinese and 2 drying machines on ground floor near Receptionist. Next to washing room is a door to a convenient store. The AC is centralized but windows can be opened. Although near train station the room is well insulated.

The room is width and clean. The staff is teally helpful. Nishida san helps me with luggage shipment

Nice location, nice service, great price. Really nothing to complain. I think for the economic minded business traveler, this place is great. Fully recommend.

Met all my expectations. Close to train station, clean, room relatively good size with everything I needed, a good selection for breakfast and I even enjoyed my two dinners in the hotel restaurant on the top floor.

Great Location. Centralised Aircon. So during winter, the whole hotel centralised aircon are set to heater. So you cannot switch to Cool even if your room is very warm.

Very comfortable location with a short distance to JR and Shinkansen station.  Good breakfast. Room is standard and comfy.

Reasonable room charges and the breakfast quality was good for the price.

5mins away from Metro Osaka (Exit 7). Lawson is part of the building. Room is small but expected in Japan. The only thing that surprise me is you have to pay an additional amount of money in order for you to watch the television which is weird & totally a no brainer for me.
