Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier recensioner

I stayed here for 5 nights. I had a good time staying and walking around the hotel which is near by the river. If having a chance to come back to Osaka, I would definitely stay here again. Staff: Very professional, nice and polite. Water: 2 Aluminum bottles of water were provided in the room everyday. Bathroom: Perfect in the sense that the shower area is separated from the bathtub. Amenities: Not provided in the room, yet available on the ground floor in front of the elevators. Location: A bit far from the shopping area, however the hotel shuttle bus is provided according to the time table back and forth. For the subway there are 2 line walk about 10-15 minutes. The nearest convenient store is 5 minutes away. My room was at the end of the hallway which I thought was good. However the next morning I found out that it was close to the housekeeping room, so I unavoidably heard the noise every morning. Especially on the last day I there's something in front of my room, so I was woken up by 6 persons at least, technicians,talking in front of the room.

The service is awesome. Sadly there is no amenities for kids.Breakfast is tasty especially the seaweed. My son really love it.Bathtub is very very clean. Shampoo & body shampoo from Mikimoto,the smell is sooooo good.

Had a lovely experience with this hotel, staff at lounge was very friendly, and we enjoyed the free flow drinks. Room was big and spacious

The hotel is conveniently situated 7 mins walk from either the blue or the red line. The checkin and checkout process is very smooth. Staff is friendly and communicate in English.

Booked 3 nights in 2 bookings. I was requested to check out from the room after 1st booking. And check in again. This is not acceptable

I requested a room away from lifts with view, but I got a room close to lifts with no view.

Free shuttle bus service between hotel and Osaka station is appreciated. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful too.

Mitsui Garden Osaka is a little far out of the way from the main Osaka train station but it tries to remedy this with a free daily shuttlebus service from the station to the hotel which runs till 9pm thereabouts. (You do need to figure your way to the right train exit. cross a road, walk a short distance before you reach the shuttle bus stop. For a super loooong station, it may mean a lot of running in order to make it in time for the bus). Rooms are clean and spacious, I like how this Mitsui hotel has both indoor and outdoor public bath areas (although Mitsui Fukuoka is still the best among the four Mitsui hotels I stayed across Japan to date). I also really appreciate how the staff here are able to understand and speak more English compared to many other hotels. Breakfast buffet is good too
