SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Shin-Osaka recensioner

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, as the surroundings are mainly residential. There are also a few schools nearby, and plenty of dining options are available. Convenience stores and supermarkets are easily accessible in the area, meeting basic daily needs. Transportation is acceptable but slightly inconvenient. The hotel is a certain distance away from the nearest metro and train stations, which may require extra time for those relying on public transport. As for buses, only one route passes by the hotel, and it operates just two times an hour, which can be limiting. The room was fairly clean, but a few details are worth noting. For instance, there was a sign on the window, seemingly intended to remind guests not to open it. However, the odd part was that the text on the sign faced outward, making its purpose somewhat puzzling. Additionally, the emergency flashlight appeared to be missing from the room, which could be inconvenient in unforeseen situations. On one occasion, when returning to the hotel at night, a personal towel brought by me was found to be missing. It's suspected that the cleaning staff might have mistaken it for a hotel towel and taken it, which, while a minor issue, caused some inconvenience. Overall, the hotel offers a peaceful environment and convenient access to daily necessities, making it suitable for travelers seeking a quiet stay. However, the transportation options are somewhat limited, and while the room was clean, certain details could be improved. Enhancing the service quality and addressing these small issues would make the experience even better.

Staff was professional and helpful. The hotel is near shin Osaka station, it was main selling point, becouse we made various daytrips from Osaka.

I stayed there for 3 nights. The best thing was that the hotel arranged a second highest floor for me so that the whole night view of Umeda could be seen. The service was satisfactory. All the rest were not very good. Old furniture/insufficient usb port/small-sized toothbrush/ small-sized cup . I think I will choose another job in my next trip in very near future.

I have really enjoyed this hotel. Thank you very much. I am very satisfied with cleaning, staffs, facilities. The location is a bit far from Shin-Osaka station. It is not on food, but we need to ride on train from Shin-Osaka in case of hurry up to go there. Thank you!!!!

Not great experience unfortunately. Had to change room in the middle of the night. Near Shin Osaka Station, but not many places around to visit.

Great location that is easy to access to Shin-osaka station and Umeda station. There are lots of restaurants nearby the hotel

The staffs are friendly and nice; really helpful. Helped us to upgrade our room.

The lobby is a bit drab and fuddy duddy looking, not a big problem though. Bathroom was clean and bed was very comfortable. Despite the appearance of the lobby which can be off-putting for some, everything else is good.

Shower drain and sink drain were clogged. Pillows were very dated, flattened

Location is good, room was clean. However, for its room price they were not able to provide complimentary drinking water. The next day, we decided to have breakfast and is willing to pay for the fee but breakfast was not available as well as lunch.

Overall is good place the location is convenient the staff is friendly and helpful highly recommend
