This hotel has one of the worst service standards throughout my trip. We visited 5 cities stayed in 5 hotels....and regardless of how busy the hotel or how packed their schedule, the staff in the other 4 hotels has always tried to accommodate n present their Japanese hospitality standards But this hotel is really horrendous....especially one of the male staff. Cold face, anti-tourist and on our checkout day, only allow us to leave 1 luggage each at the hotel after we checkout. We hv a total of 14 luggage amongst 7 persons; and if we were to do so, we have to drag 1 luggage each to walk around town until we leave for the airport at 5pm. He was totally nonchalant about our plea and just bluntly tell us to do as he "instructed". This is obnoxious, to say the least for a member of the hospitality industry. This male staff to be removed from his position to maintain the reputation of the hotel & Japan. Another young lady, by the name of Oi, was very professional & nice to overruled the male staff decision and accommodated us. Pleasant smile & good service attitude. She deserves a promotion. The only reason I gave 2/5 for service is solely because of her. Without her, I'll give 0/5

Near dotonbori and 3 convenience shops. Nice service. Nice room for 3 people.

10mins walk to heart of Shinsaibashi, let’s of food near around. Airport bus station nearby, around 5 mins walk.

Good location, good service provided by polite staffs, may stay here again for future trips.

This hotel is clean room and good location near Shinsaibashisuji and Dotomori

Quite good, but need to request for room cleaning every day and get your toothbrush yourself.

The main reason choosing this hotel is because near to Doton plaza ( bus to Kansai airport). Like their laundry room (vending machine) as they hv separated male and female , and there are total 5 washing machine and 5 dryer. The space is considered spacious compared to other hotel, but bed is small double bed, which is very uncomfortable. The amenities are very basic. We able to open two 28” luggage in the room at the same time and can keep under the bed frame. There is elevator (through carpark) from subway if you bringing luggages.

Once in 3 days to clean the room it's not right for me, stay 5 days with 1 sliper it's too stingy 😒. Other things is fine.

Easy to access by subway, many subway station surrounded within walking distance to Dotonbori room a bit small but very cozy bed is comfortable.

Contrary to the name of this hotel, we were certainly not greeted with smiles by any of the 3 front desk staff when we checked in. That was certainly unusual given we had already been in Japan for the better part of two weeks. It did get better for the next few days, though. Hotel primary market seems to be single business travellers on very short term stays (1-2d?) who may not mind the cramped rooms, in contrast with the photos on the booking site. Tourists on longer term stays, with large suit cases will find it a real challenge to unpack and pack. The 'wardrobe' is miniscule, just enough for a business suit perhaps. Toilets lack grab bars and the wc flush button is HORRIBLY awkward to reach. Room and toilet were very clean, fresh towels were provided daily, as were self pick-up PJs. TV channel selection were quite good.

Small room but good . Near dotonbori and airport bus.

The location of this hotel is really good, with walking distance you can go to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori easily. Convenient stores are close to the hotel, like Lawson and family mart. You can also go to supermarket Aeon for daily groceries and food if you wish. Whatsmore this hotel is close to airport shuttle station too!!

Clean place, location slightly far from main station but near dontoburi.

Location good near all train station, easy to find and near eat, shopping street. Suitable for family to good. Breakfast is also good
