Good On zen and clean like how they give the amenity. But little bit far from city but near Metro

Room is spacious. The bathroom is clean. Offered different kinds of pillows. 👍🏻

In between Umeda and Minara area. Not much going the hotel it’s El but if you explore you can find lovely hidden izakayas. Nice onsen! The breakfast was tasty though you have to arrive before 9.30. Friendly staff.

I went to this hotel for business trip to Osaka for one night. the location was great because this hotel was close to the station. Additionally, this facility was relatively new, so the room where I stayed was so clean and I could have opportunity to feel comfortable.

Close to the station just 5 minutes walk Supermarket near by the walking way Hotel is very clean,quiet and hospitality

Clean small room at interesting place. Comfortable to get to Namba and Umeda.

The room is relatively small for 2 people but I wouldn’t say it’s too small. It’s enough if you didn’t have too many luggages. The onsen(hot spring) is artificial but surprisingly nice. You can feel your skin become smoother after the bath. They have a pillow bar if the regular one doen’t suit you which is surprisingly thoughtful. They have basically all kinds of amenity such as curling iron or razors etc. Nice location. They even have a washing machine in the lady’s changing room for female only. Nice experience. The hot spring is definitely worth the price.

Good value for money. Located in business district but close enough to the metro stations. Nice to have a public bath for a business hotel.

地理位置十分方便。 地鐵口大約5分鐘至10分鐘，樓下有便利店，再往前有一家大超市。 房間出乎意料，比東京的酒店好太多了，酒店設備很新，浴缸和如廁是分開的兩個空間。 有來大阪玩的，推薦入住。

定的行政雙床，服務很好，前台小姐姐是個美女，非常養眼。前台有位會中文的小哥哥，中文水平很好，溝通非常及時。房間能攤開兩個行李箱還有多，空間也很大。我的朋友去泡了温泉，體驗不錯。晚上睡覺也很安靜，周圍有居酒屋、便利店、超市和地鐵，生活便利，強烈推薦這一家。 唯一的缺點是早飯價格較貴，而且東西少，不好吃，建議便利解決早飯。
