Awesome hotel. Self-check-in service was amazingly fun and actually really easy to use. Cleanliness is on the highest level. Location is in Amerikamura, which has super fancy vibes and so convenient to navigate throughout the city and its surroundings.

location is very good, near to Dotombori easy to go Glico sign and Kuromon market, there is no car parking space, when you go with your car, the car parking fee is around 4000jpy

Its a great hotel but not for me

The location was amazing. It’s in between two major train stations and huge shopping districts. Lots of convenient stores near by and also there’s a laundromat a short walk away. Tho the hotel is a lot of self service, it’s actually pretty nice if you prefer lesser human interactions. Room size is decent tho at night for the weekends it might get noisy even though on the high floor. Otherwise, it’s pretty prefect.

unique hotel with robot dinosaurs that can greet. self check in is available. KL is having problems the staff will be ready to help you if called. the room is a bit small for two people, in our room the carpet was a bit open and could be dangerous if you trip. complete facilities. the location is a bit far from Namba station. what I like most is their fast service when needed.

The hotel is located close to Dotonbori and within walking distance of the subway. It’s a self-service hotel, with a dinosaur waiting to greet you in the lobby, where you'll also find self-check-in and check-out machines. The entire process is done independently, but overall, it’s a good experience. And since I might be staying alone, there's a robot in the room for me to talk to. He can sing and dance as well, so cute.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic; just a short walk to multiple train and subway stations, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was the check-in experience—being greeted by friendly animatronic dinosaurs was both unexpected and delightful, adding a unique and playful touch that set the tone for the rest of our visit. The room itself was clean and comfortable. While the beds were on the firmer side and the pillows had a somewhat unusual texture, they were still perfectly adequate for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a fun and quirky place to stay in a prime location. Would definitely recommend to travelers looking for something a little different!

The room we used was small as expected. the sink is located outside the toilet and bath and is low ( just above knee level). Not advisable for tall people. We asked the recep for assistance , maybe to transfer, but it was not approved. Im 5’9 tall for reference. Cleanliness… they dont full do housekeeping on daily basis. They do ‘eco’ cleaning where washing the sink, glass, cleaning toilet, vacuum cleaning are not included. One thing good is the location

Most interesting location was near the hotel, good breakfast, the station is not far from the hotel, near 400 m . A lots of restaurants near the hotel.

Perfect location, near the dotombori. Everything you want is 5 minutea away, even Luis Vuitton shop. Very strange room planing - sink is near the bed, nor in the bathroom. Bad sound insulation between room and toilet. Toilet is separate with the bathroom.

It was comfortable even though it’s smaller than expected. But it is definitely enough for us to put our luggage and walk around :)

A nice business hotel that has everything you need for your trip to Japan

If you'd like to experience the busy night life in Osaka, here's the place to stay. The counter is managed by 2 cute moving dinosaurs that will help you with the check in process. The room is quite spacious, equipped with a humidifier that was very helpful during our stay. Once you go out to the streets, there are lots of food/snacks/places to buy things, and Dotonbori is only a few minutes walk away. I recommend this place 😊

It is amazing hotel because the reception is a robot even a dinosaur, it is really interesting, and as a location is very good miracles from the city center and good for shopping and eating.
