IP City Hotel Osaka - Imperial Palace Group recensioner

It is a 3-star hotel, shouldn't expect much. They didn't provide a microwave. But they did change towels and trash bags in the room every single day. In Japan if you never bring your own pajamas also you still can use their provided kimono-like pajamas.

Hotel location is great, it is centre of all the popular spots. We didn’t stay at hotel for too much, we spent all day exploring the city and came only for rest. And it’s perfect for that as a solo traveler

Overall the stay was average, don’t expect much on the hotel wifi (poor reception). The toilet flushing system was pretty bad till we need to go to the hotel lobby every day. Air conditioning was not cold at all

We had a great experience in this hotel. It will take you 6 minutes from the nearest station.

Nice view from the hotel. I love their service so much , friendly and very convenient to walk around. Near station, hid place for stay to sightseeing and buy things 😆

Fancy place with soft bed and international front desk, I even came here twice

This hotel name appear during my search for hotel near shinsaibashi. True enough, it is just about 5min walk into the main shinsaibashi shopping street. However, the nearer metro station is nagahoribashi. This is a traditional hotel with a very grand english setting lobby and antique looking ornament displays everywhere. Nostalgic to see the control panel for aircon, alarm clock, lightings are embedded on the bed headboard. I give low ranking for cleanliness because the wall corners are full of dust, especially the skirtings area beside the bed. Staffs are polite and excellent service. Fresh sets of room essentials such as towels, teabags, toothbrush sets were provided every morning. Recommended if you are looking for inexpensive hotel.

Walking distance to subway. Walkable distance to donki and yet peaceful area.

A walkable distance to the dontoburi, Breakfast provided is very nice with affordable price Their staff is able to speak decent English.

Hotel customer service is horrible and ridiculous. I've been waiting at the hotel lobby since 5am to 5.30am and nobody is at the reception to handle my check out, I rang the bell multiple times and there's no response. I've informed the night before that I will be checking out early in the morning as I have a morning flight to rush. And guess what happen, after ringing the bell for whole 30mim, a lady then walk out from the staff office, this is absolutely unacceptable.

The vibe was so nice!! Room so comfy. Friendly staff. Would love to come again

Location was very good. Services was also good, I want to stay again when I visit Osaka.
