DAIWA ROYNET HOTEL ligger i Shinsaibashi-området. Längs shoppinggatan Shinsaibashi kan du hitta MCDO, Burger King, Family Mart, Daiso, Daimaru, Parco, Gyukako, Adidas, Onitsuka, Uniqlo, Gu, Dotonburi Många butiker säljer begagnade märken och massor av mediciner, butiker, lyxmärken andra sidan är i närheten (huvudvägen). Personalen är mycket trevlig, hjälpsam och kan kommunicera bra på engelska. De ordnade också med att flytta min väns säng för att göra det lättare för dem. Hotellet har gratis kaffe. Choklad i lobbyn på andra våningen, alla toalettartiklar fanns också. Vi fann att hotellfrukosten var för dyr på Y1,900/huvud. Denna aspekt bör förbättras eftersom det bara finns ett fåtal alternativ. Platsen är liten så jag tror att de inte kan lägga för många saker i den. Kostnaderna bör minskas för att locka folk att äta där. För det finns andra alternativ Mycket utanför hotellet

i come for Osaka Marathon, here is with Big room, lobby with coffee and hot water, simple fitness room, helpful staff with English speaking. Only setback is 5min walk from station, but good price has reflected.

Hotel is located at Shinsaibashi and going anywhere is pretty convenient. There's family mart, ***** store, McDonald's, MOS burger just footsteps away. Hotel lobby has a coffee machine (free 24/7). Staff were also very helpful when helping to arrange luggage transfer.

Room size is big and clean, 3 bed room is very good for family travellers.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, very value for money! Will not hesitate to stay here again if I visit Osaka again. Location super convenient; quick walk from Shinsaibashi station, right beside the Shinsaibashi shopping street, so there’s a ton of food and shopping options nearby. Easy check in; you have to collect all your amenities at the lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic; very clean, well-equipped and well-designed (love the toilet!). There’s also vending machines and coin laundry machines on several floors of the hotel.

Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

Clean room and good staff services, but the location is a bit far from metro station. Luckily, it is still very close to famous attractions with many restaurants nearby.

Stayed 6 nights in this hotel. I and my wife enjoyed staying at this hotel. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Location was perfect. There were many attractions,shops and restaurants nearby. 5 mins walk to the subway station. Hotel staffs are friendly. We had some problems, front desk staff and management helped us solved the problem. Overall, we were enjoy staying at this hotel. If we come to Osaka again we definitely stay at this hotel.

DEL is a good size for couples. The room is clean and cozy. The toilet is not small and the bathtub is separated. Walking distance from the Shinsaibashi subway. This station has many exits, we find Exit 5 is the most convenient if you have luggages. Highly recommended.

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel location is excellent however the room clean up service was terrible. We was surprised that the rubbish was not fully cleaned up - including an empty cup noodle we put inside the rubbish bin! Slippers were everywhere even after the clean up, with some rubbishes left over on the floor. This was the worse experience so far in Japan hotels!

The location is quite satisfactory. The room is large and smoking rooms are available, which is really convenient for smokers. The concierge staff is very polite.

Very good location and tge hotel has everything you need. Staffs are very helpful and try to service you as much as they can.
