Good location The breakfast was a bento box and puck up.They gave me the same breakfast for 2 days in a row. I read in the comments that the breakfast was good. But it wasn't good. We recommend that you don't arrive early, as you will be check in at exactly 3pm.

The hotel is about a 10-15 minutes walk from the nearest station. It is in a very quiet area. The room is spacious, unlike many other hotels that are like similar to this one in Japan, I could move the baby stroller in my room easily. I was a bit shocked to see a big glass stain on the table, I am used to a very clean room in Japanese hotels, but the rest of the room was very clean. The breakfast was Japanese style, not bad, but I prefer Western style, so I ate most of it for lunch. The TV was very big and there is a small water cooker in the room, although no coffee or tea bags. There is free filtered water near the reception.

The room is small but very functional and clean. It was really convenient to heat food in the microwave. It's not crowded outdoors but pretty close to metro station and any konbini stores.

Staff mostly kept to themselves. Decently close to major train line. Provide one key card which has a 9000yen replacement fee if you lose it. Room is the standard small size of many Japanese hotels. Some mould in the bathroom but not much of a concern. Bathroom had a smoke-like smell that persisted through the stay. Had window for sunlight and fresh air. Was a hair on towel when we arrived. 7-eleven right next door.

A bit walking from the nearest subway station, however good location from both of Umeda and Namba. No free room cleaning for short time stay （less 6 nights）, but necessary amenities are available in front of the reception desk. Room is clean.

I’m book this room for my siblings and they absolutely love it, there’s a bit of a walk to the nearest station, but we’re okay with it bc the weather is chilly and is perfect for a walk.

Loved the bathroom. Nice room very nice comfortable bed enough space for 4 suitcases

The hotel location is fine, but somewhat small. It is recommended for business use.

The location of this hotel is bit quit and a bit far from mrt station but still i love my hotel room anyway☺️

Would book again. The breakfast was good value. The workers had pretty bad English and this caused some confusion. Quite small, but very clean. Decent stay.

Cozy Gem in the Heart of the City For Sakura not far from the Osaka Castle and Kema Sakuranomiya Park 毛馬桜之宮公園 I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel and I must say, it met my expectations.. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a refined/controlled experience. Sadly check in is late 3 pm and check out 10 am. It allows for thorough room preparation I noted. First and foremost, let's talk about the room. Despite being compact, it was incredibly charming and efficiently designed. Every inch of space was utilized to perfection, making it feel cozy rather than cramped. The quality fittings added a touch of class, and I appreciated the simple decor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. A quiet room floor 13 Additionally, the hotel's location, nestled between metro stops and surrounded by numerous restaurants and convenience stores, made it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding dining options. One of the highlights of my stay was the helpfulness of the staff. From check-in to check-out, they were always friendly, accommodating, and eager to assist with any questions or requests. However, I must mention that the boxed breakfast provided by the hotel was a little disappointing. While it was convenient, the selection was limited, and the quality didn't quite match up to the rest of the experience. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient accommodation option in the heart of the city. I will consider staying when I visit Osaka again

This is one of many live max hotels so it’s pretty standard what to expect . It’s god value for money and conveniently located. . Staff is helpful and friendly . They give enough towels and clean the room every day . The room has water boiler , micro wave and fridge . The window opens for fresh air .
