Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba recensioner

Nice hotel, quite clean, but rooms are small. The safety box had problem but they changed it. Extra hour for checking out has additional cost per hour.

The room is new and the bathroom is huge. Some of the staffs are nice. But some is not. The location is good. Near namba. Lots of restaurant nearby. Also near subway.

Convenient location, near to namba station. Clean and cozy room with daily room cleaning. Stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed it. On the quieter side as compared to dotobori.

The location was walking distance from Dotonburi, which meant we could stay out late and not worry about getting back to our hotel. Pretty nice room, but a bit loud from the street.

Very friendly staff, the room is typical for Osaka size, we managed to open 2 big luggages and still have room to walk around. The lifts are pretty limited because the human traffic can get busy. Very near Namba Walk which means very near Namba train station which is why we booked the hotel. Walking distance to dotonbori and of course ichiran!! Highly recommended. Definitely will book again if we ever visit Osaka again

Overall a fantastic hotel for its price. With walking distance from a train station (1 min), convenience stores(2 min), nice restaurants in GEM(5 min) and not to forget dotonbori (10min). It’s nestled in such a convenient location, and yet it offers a peaceful environment as it’s not too close to the popular areas. Only thing lacking was the breakfast which was nice but the area was small and there was not a wide spread of food available.

Very conveniently located in Namba not far from the metro or the train station, making it very easy to get to or from the airport, as well as around Osaka itself. It's also about a 10-15 minute walk away from Shinsaibashi. The only thing negative to note, and this is mainly for the hotel to take note of, is that they try to have people check in and out with these machines, and each time we used it they failed and it had to be done manually, so I recommend they just scrap the machine use. As a guest once checked in it's very nice, just the room is very small, akin to what you'd find in Kyoto or Tokyo, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage.

Please don't let pictures to fool you; a room size is not the same when we booked & breakfast is sooo basic.

I think the location is ok but I think the hotel maintenance is not that great as I feel that it’s not very clean

The room is tiny but it is in a very convenient location which beats any flaws. The bathroom is surprisingly big and the whole hotel is clean. Recommended!

Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba was the best stay of my trip among the four hotels I visited. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Dotonbori, making it easy to enjoy the lively area daily. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, offering great comfort after a long day of exploring. The convenience and quality made this stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Helpful staff. Assist restaurant reservation and luggage sent from Osaka to Tokyo. The room is comfortable with spacious setting in toilet. Will consider revisiting again.

Good hotel, located at one quiet corner, but nearby to all shopping places at central Osaka.
