Very clean hotel. Location is good and there is a subway downstairs and foodstreet is just a few meter away

A nice and clean hotel in a reasonable location. It can be noisy due to the adjacent major road, especially when noisy motor bikes and sports cars drive past making a terrible noise. Rooms are adequate in size for one, but the twin bedded rooms are a little bigger. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite. Lift access is a bit unusual as one needs to catch an ascending separate lift to reach reception on the 16th floor, and then another descending separate lift to reach your room on levels 15 and below. Overall a nice hotel. Thank you.

The location is great, nearby mrt, just few mins walking distance. Opposite got variety of restaurant, next door got Starbucks. I personally love the self laundry service. It’s very convenient!

Cleverly designed room with all necessary amenities. It was a sizeable room for Tokyo and had a small kitchenette that doubled for a washroom washing up area; the fact that there was a shower and bathtub was so intuitively designed. The breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options and the staff were always helpful and accommodating. The takeaway coffee was a lovely touch. A comfortable stay overall with just a nice touch of luxury for a great price.

Amenities: Love that the hotel tv was able to use Netflix/Youtube.  Location:  Walkable to dontoburi, approximately 10-15mins to the main area with shops along the way.  Located at Hommachi station, take exit 18 for lift access. Cross the road and walk straight you will reach the hotel after seeing Starbucks. The hotel lobby is located at 16th floor, downside is we have to change lift at 16th floor to hotel room. Otherwise, great location.

A great location to shopping and go to anywhere. The room size also bigger than same grade hotel in Japan .

We picked this hotel as we wanted to enjoy the Midosuji Iluminations are on the road where the hotel is. Other than that, there is simply nothing. No eateries just a konbini 200 metres away. Along the road on the opposite sides are big boutique famous brands like Dior, Boss, can't recall the rest. Rooms are nice btw. Lobby is on the upper floor. Most hotels along this block have lobbies not on the ground floor to avoid the super noisy disturbing motorbikes sounds during nighttime. Far from city centre.

Hotel is very accessible to Osaka Metro Line, Staff are nice and accommodating.  Very good with family traveling with small kids.  2 stations away from Namba :)

Enjoyed the 1-night stopover stay. Good location.

Love the breakfast and staff are nice and always helpful. Hotel room is spacious. Location is close to Hommachi 御堂筋station, walking distance to Shinsaibashi 心斋桥shops. Will book again if we return to Osaka.

Hotel was a stone throw away from Hommachi Station exit 13 (only stairs no lift) and was walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi. Was located in a slightly quieter area away from the buzz and nearer to the office areas I believe. Definitely a great hotel to check out if you’re into the buzz but want a quieter area to rest. There’s also a dessert shop near the hotel that I didn’t get to try but saw a queue forming even at 8am so I guess it was popular. Will definitely revisit

I believe this journey was particularly profound. I went to the lobby restroom before checking out and left my handbag in the toilet, which contained my ID and wallet. When I know it and called the hotel staff to ask for help. Thanks god still there and nothing is lost. I was appreciated by the calmness of the staff.

Every task requires personal attention at the front desk, even the daily drinking water must be collected from the front desk by oneself. At check-out, the room key was inserted into the machine on time, but due to the computer taking time to process the check-out, the machine displayed a delay of one minute past the scheduled check-out time. The front desk staff actually came forward to demand a penalty of 3,000 yen, and their tone was unfriendly. The issue was only resolved after requesting to speak directly with the manager. The front desk staff clearly need more training.
