Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka-Namba recensioner

This is a wonderful hotel for solo travellers. My only complaint is that on some nights, there were sudden loud noises from bikers passing by, which could disturb your sleep. The room is small and compact—ideal for one person. If you’re travelling as a couple, this hotel might not be the best choice.

Very near dotonbori and train station. Affordable price. Easy to find. Room is a bit small but it is expected from japan hotels. Clean and functional. Highly recommended hotel for Osaka 😊

I extended my staying in Osaka after my company event and chose this hotel. The location is great if u want to go to the famous location such as Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Just if u take the express train to airport from Namba, it’s actually not that close as I expected. The room is small but because I m just going by myself, I m good with the size. The space can only allow u to open one luggage I think. Cleanliness is overall ok.

Very recommended, perfect location , near to everything , will stay again next visit. Only the room were so tiny . Hotel have currency exchange, e-scooter for rent too.

Friendly staff, walking distance from Namba station, tourists attractions (Dontonburi, Shinsekai etc.) and several convenience stores.

Room was a bit small but manageable. Bed was comfy and hotel is in a good location. Plenty of food choices and security was rather good in the sense that 1am to 5am the door of hotel can only be access by guest who stayed there. 7-11 is nearby too.

spacious room with a huge doble bed, loads of freebies including bath salt, sunscreen, lotions available in lobby, only thing is late check in time at 3pm

The location is great, close to black market and dotonbori. Convenience stores are just less than 1 min walk. The room is abit small, after we open up 1 luggage and slightly difficult to walk over. But the stay is comfortable for our 2 nights.

The location of this hotel is so very good... A few minutes from the train station and a few minutes from Dontobury Street... The room was compact but very clean and staff were very courteous! Plenty of free amenities!

10/10 for location (Across Dotonbori; the metro train entry/exit was a few minutes walk to Shinsaibashi; and pick up location for bus or klook tours is a 2 to 3 minutes walk (usually across the hotel). 10/10 for the check in/check out machines which were convenient to use; but should a guest encounter difficulty using it, the staff are very attentive and quick to help. I did have hotel stuff we’re all super friendly and helpful, polite neatly dressed in professional looking. We had a last-minute request to extend our stay in the same room and we’re delighted when the staff politely did their best to accommodate our request. Thank you to the staff for making us feel valued. 10/10 for the supplies- these were strategically located, immediately visible to guests who can freely choose the supplies. The rooms we reserved made efficient use of space. It may seem cramped for other guests; thus, be sure to select the best room that the suits your need. We enjoyed the bedroom and bathroom with toilet ( loved the bathtub and warm toilet seats).   Buffet breakfast is available. There is also a restaurant just outside the hotel doors; while convenient stores are a few steps away. So that’s a Grand in Fresa was the best choice for us. Thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay so much pleasant and relaxing. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
