Location is good, supermarket, convenience stores and drug store are near the apartment.

We stay in the same place several times, it is clean and I enjoyed being close to the supermarket. Cooking utensils needs some updating but still good. Transport is convenient too.

This was a very frustrating and terrible experience of using 45 minutes to open an outdated lock. Three local Japanese people and I could not open the lock based on the given instructions. One helpful Japanese lady helped me call the hostel manager/owner to request her come to help open it but she was very unfriendly to turn down such request. She made many excuses and was impolite by asking me to calm down without giving any concrete help. I never experienced such hostile responses in Japan before. The helpful lady finally succeeded to open it after the manager added some more instructions! The room charge was unreasonably high and the lock is unfriendly and involves complicated working steps, unlike other hostels'. I hope Trip.com investigate the matter and give me a formal reply🤣😪👆😡Trip.com should stop recommending such hostel to any clients in future.

The apartments are situated in an excellent location, easily accessible from the airport. They offer convenient access to popular attractions like Universal Studios and the city center, as well as quick transportation to other cities. The subway station is just a few minutes away. There are many night convenion store options, as well as a large local supermarket nearby. The instructions for obtaining the key and accessing your room are straightforward and easy to follow. The room itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable.

酒店地點很方便，離地鐵站很步行3-5分鐘，離心齋橋不遠，離機場鐵路其中之一的天王寺站衹有一個站，但這個站沒人和你擠，而且現在還是暑假。附近也有24小時葯粧店，超市，便利店。民宿裏面也有洗衣機，廚房，陽台，就像家一樣。沒有客房服務也沒什麼，有需要微信和店家溝通，行方便。那家最大的居酒屋很好吃喔，下次來也會考慮的

地點很方便，地鐵站出口2分鐘就到達。 樓下就有很多食店，也有大型超市和藥房 房間內設施有點殘舊，清潔狀況一般，雖然有基本廚具，但廚具狀況很差，刀具有明顯鏽跡 另外房內沒有加濕器，晚上睡覺房內會很乾燥

離捷運站出口三分鐘不到的距離，很讚 藥妝店、便利商店就在附近，也讚 而且路線指引都非常詳細，整體感覺很不錯 唯一美中不足 沙發床的外層灰塵感覺一陣子沒打掃，不太ok 衣櫃裡的床墊也是塵蟎偏多 但還是推薦 CP值佳的住所

家庭旅遊大阪非常好的民宿！煮食爐具齊全！洗衣機还提供香香的洗衣液！附近食肆方便覓食！有間燒肉館超美味！推薦👍

取鑰匙的密碼盒不太好開啟，多虧了一位台灣的同胞熱心的幫助我打開的，他自己的鑰匙盒裡沒有鑰匙，不知道後來及時解決了沒有。感應大門需要每次進入時插鑰匙進入。樓下有免費雨傘供住客借用。 房間面積夠大，比較乾淨，設備齊全，有熱水壺、燃氣灶、冰箱、微波爐、電視、空調、洗衣機、智能馬桶座 還有各種炊具，可以炒菜做飯、燉煮，如果有烤箱就更好了。 房間有一個大鞋櫃和一個小儲物室還有一個大衣櫃 環境安靜，有電梯，睡得舒服，離御堂筋線的昭和町站非常近，附近有大超市和大葯房，購物很方便 衞生間熱水很足很強勁，洗澡體驗不錯，浴缸沒有使用無法評價。 衞生間帶各種功能的通風、加熱、冷氣、乾燥功能，很實用，衣服很快就幹了。 缺點就是房間內缺少椅子和桌子，衹有一個低矮的小茶几，吃飯很不方便，管理員幫助提供了兩把摺椅。摺疊沙發床打開很矮很軟，如果全打開的話，房間裏就沒有什麼走動的空間了。

酒店地理位置非常好，步行兩分鐘就到地鐵站，然後還有一個大超市和葯粧店，買東西也很方便。附近吃飯的地方也有很多選擇。 就是住宿期間沒有打掃服務。

Tôi khá thích phòng ở đây nó sạch sẽ và giống như một căn nhà tôi muốn ở. Có cửa ngăn cách giữ bếp và giường ngủ. Đặc biệt tôi rất thích gương ở cửa ra vào

酒店位置極方便，樓下便是地鐵站，有超市和藥妝店，非常方便，環保清潔！ 保安嚴密，環境舒適，設備齊全，有埋洗衣機同乾衣功能！ 下次再去大阪也會入住！

乾淨衛生又大不錯👍還有廚房可以做早餐不錯 距離地鐵站位置很近 樓下就是超市非常方便而且還能開到很晚非常好
