I had a fantastic stay at your hotel. The staff were welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall service was outstanding. Truly a premier hotel experience—I’ll definitely be back!

Location is great. Even small room for single feel enough space. You can buy the norming breakfast package at Seattle cafe in front for only 1100 yen. Lobby is nice and clean. Love it.

The hotel is located close to downtown of Osaka, next to thr river side. Quite convenient to visit all the markets, bar streets and of course others attractions in Osaka. Hotel is clean, modern and spacious with your own bathroom. In the lobby of the hotel is a coffee shop with amazing buffet. Enjoy 🙂

Great little hotel in a nice location. Extremely clean and comes with a lot of amenities. The breakfast is pretty simple and there isn’t a ton of variety so I would skip that.

Among the lowest-rated hotels I've ever stayed at in terms of value for money. The room was tiny and not decorated (walls were dirty), barely suitable for one person, but sold as a double. Check-out time is 10 a.m., with no flexibility to extend until 11. If you're more than 5 minutes late, you have to pay a fee. No amenities. In conclusion, it's just a money-making machine.

Mentioned 2 adults and 1 kid in a room, only 2 pillows provided, went to concierge and ask for another pillow but surprisingly rejected by the staff, saying that not enough can be provided, and asked me to use 2 towels as alternative!! And then I asked for 1 more bottle of water and also rejected, what a service!! Will never never pick this hotel again

Plenty of convenience stores around and cozy, customer service was also friendly and helpful

Room is very small. We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. We were told they wouldn’t clean our room for the next 6 days when we checked in. Reception staffs were quite friendly but can only understand limited English.

Welina Hotel Premier is grand, new and near the trian station. Recommended to go!

great hotel great price great location close to gas station and army and coffee convenience store restaurant i stayed alone with a double room for 2 nights for only 63 euros very worth the money friendly staff very luxurious hotel clean and beautiful overall i had a great time and a good night sleep the air conditioner was also very cold for someone who likes the cold like me which was great 🤗
