Very comfortable room with sufficient space to open 4 pieces of luggage - 2 check-in and 2 cabin. Walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, but not right in the heart of the action, which we preferred as we don’t do so well with crazy crowds. There is a free baggage room with locks, laundry room (paid), and free drinks lounge (but the drinks were not great) at the reception. Would recommend The Coffee Market Lab opposite for coffee or 生ホルモン いただき 堺筋本町 for horumon (beef offal bbq) if you like offal meat like us. Luggage and parcels sent to the hotel were received without a problem (check out my apples!).

Room is clean in all aspect. Staffs are friendly and willing to help during both check in and check out. 5-8mins walk away from train station with elevator close by.

Staff was friendly and helpful during checkin! Room was small but big enough for two suitcases. Location was convenient enough to get to the Shinsaibashi-suji area (walkable if you want to) or just 1/2 stops away. Check-out was easy and fuss-free!

Awsome! Stay on 25 Apr 24 to 01 May 24. Hotel is near to metro station sakisuji Hommachi.. exit 10… take lift and go to level 1. Skip the stairs with luggage . After exit , turn right and walk down 300 min. Hotel is on your left. Along the way, many eatery. Please try thr No name ramen. It’s good. Check in was easy. Hotel let me check in at 11am! Super appreciate . Room was clean and size was good. A good wet/dry toilet . Super comfortable bed. Air con can controlled until super cold . Have a balcony too. We stay 1320 and 1321. 1321 was super nice as its corner and the balcony view was great. Toiletries was POLA . Housekeeping was good. Timely . Hotel supply tooth brush , comb , shaver . Shower gel: shampoo and conditioner . Perfect for traveler I unload my clothing into the cupboard . So not a big issue with opening the luggage . I sometime place my luggage on the sofa . Many eateries ,even Macdonald and supermarket around the hotel. No worries . I walk from dontoburi to hotel around 20 min slow walk. Other than the washing /dryer which was not satisfactory which I did not use but goggle and found another laundromat (there is another commercial laundromat juat behind the hotel, 1 min away. That one is good and dry). Love the free flow coffee, tea, soft drinks, ice daily from 07:00-22:00.. it helps a lot! Special thanks to 石川（front desk) who guide me how to go to Kobe and also teach me to use Didi and Go app to charter cab. Definitely cheaper than Uber ! He and another lady guide me slowly . Speak English clearly too . Overall, my family loves this hotel. Clean! Staff was great! Location was good for us. I give 5 star!

My recent stay at Miyako City Osaka Hommachi provided a blend of positives and areas for improvement. Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately impressed by its inviting atmosphere, complete with comfortable seating and readily available refreshments. It was a fantastic spot to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing. However, upon entering the bedroom, I found it to be on the smaller side, making it a bit challenging to properly lay out two checked-in luggage's without feeling cramped. Despite this, the room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy ambiance. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. The selection was impressive, with a variety of delicious options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations, and it was a delightful way to start each day of my stay. Another pleasant surprise was the balcony in the room, which provided a welcome opportunity to enjoy some fresh air and take in views of the surrounding area. It added an extra dimension to the room and allowed for moments of relaxation amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. In summary, while there were some minor drawbacks such as the size of the bedroom, the overall experience at Miyako City Osaka Hommachi was positive. The welcoming lobby, excellent breakfast, and the addition of a balcony made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With some small adjustments, this hotel has the potential to become an even more standout option for travelers visiting Osaka.

Great location and clean room. We enjoy our stay during our Japan trip and it is the best hotel I stayed among the other two hotel in Japan.

This hotel is conveniently located near the subway station. Room is clean and morden with nice city views. Bathroom is spacious and functional. 2nd floor lounge offers decent free drinks. Most staff are nice and helpful except one male staff who is impatient and rude.

This is excellent hotel. Huge in term of size for Japan. Location wise not the best but walkable to the heart of the strip. There's a very nice chicken ramen just opposite of the hotel and great cafes options within walking distance

Check in was a breeze and staffs were polite! Complimentary refreshments such as coffee/tea were available at the lobby for stay-in guests. Very nice touch. We had the corner double room and we love the fact that we had access to the balcony but smoking was prohibited there. (There's a smoking room on the 2nd floor) Location wise, It was a 15-20mins walk to Dotonbori or 12-15mins via Train. We chose to walk since we also wanted to explore the area. A 24hr coffee place is also nearby the hotel, convenient for people who are hungry in the middle of the night! Overall, great experience here and would totally recommend to others!

Amazing stay at Miyako! Placd was as advertised and was pretty clean. One thing is that late check out is possible but with a fee, which was a first for me as I initially thought that these are usually free and subject to availability. All in all, a good stay!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. The bathroom was so clean I couldn’t believe. Also was lucky to have a higher floor with memorable morning city view. Great experience, highly recommended. I would stay again even though it’s a 10 minutes walk to Dotonbori.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Not far away from the subway station. Nice and clean hotel. Highly recommended.
