It is a good place to stay. They provide all facilities in the room such as washing machine, boiler, fridge, home kitchen and Netflix. Closr to the walking street area.

The location is excellent . And the unit is super clean. Over all stay is very comfortable. Full body mirror is recommended .

Place was very clean. Very helpful in helping us fill up the form for check in too.

This is a self check-in apartment hotel. We didn’t receive a check-in email so it was such a hassle when we arrived. We had to call the customer service line to check-in. The person on the line had limited English and it took over 20 mins to arrange the check-in after back and forth trying to spell my name and email. It also seems as though they manage multiple hotels in the area so they asked which hotel we were staying at. However, the hotel was clean and location was great. Basic amenities provided but the towels were very thin. No housekeeping provided during our stay.

overall the stay was really nice and tge service was not bad (email replies to service contact). there was no one at the counter since it was self check in and self check out but its nice for introverts. there were good security measures to make sure no unwanted guests went in so it is safe. though it is near the red light district so female solo travellers or travellers with young kids might want to take caution. the room and amenities were normal and there was a washing machine provided. you'll need to hand the clothes on the balcony as no dryer is provided but given the weather, it drys pretty fast. garbage disposal was pretty easy as well since there was a big grey container at the gate where you can through it at.

The hotel is located in a small street which has many restaurants and bars, thus many trashes in the street . However it is close to many metro stations and shopping areas. The check in and check out process were easy.

The location is very convenient. The room is small for 4 people. The price is not very competitive.

Location is extremely good. This kind of self service is only suitable for younger traveler. Basically, you can't find any real person to help if there is any need. Equipment is good. But I wonder if anyone will come to clean your room if you stay for a long period of time .

Excellent location and easy check-in and out. Will definitely want to stay here again if I visit Osaka in the future.
