It is good hotel and good bath we used and rooms are enough big.and perfect location close to the Osaka station.

My overall experience at the hotel was great. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, allowing us to get good rest after traveling every night. However, it was a bit noisy from the neighboring room during house keeping in the morning.

3 nights stay and I had found it was a wonderful place with wonderful people and excellent services. Pretty happy and enjoyed.

The hotel was quite far from the metro and train station if you have to walk with luggage. The room was clean but very small. I would recommend an upgrade if you decide to stay there. Staff was helpful, though it was not possible to check in earlier than planned without an extra fee. It’s a big hotel with public bathing facilities.

The hotel is really really close to The US Consular Office in Osaka. Great location. It’s also a quick taxi ride from Osaka Station.

Good located hotel. Near 2 different subway stations that will take you anywhere you need to go. It has a decent space for Japan. Staff super friendly. Good amenities. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Very good hotel with good facility for bathing and sauna. However, the location is a bit far away from the Osaka JR station.

Nice hotel, allowed to visit onsen with tattoos. But not that close to Umeda station. I walked for around 15 minutes, which was complicated with heavy luggage.
