MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi West recensioner

3rd time we chose to stay at Mimaru for city trips in Japan—perfect for our family size and they are always conveniently located with convenience stores and MTRs nearby. Would stay again for the next city trip.

We wanted to stay in a family friendly hotel because our youngest has a tendency to fall off hotel beds, and Mimaru was the perfect choice. Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, just under 10 minutes (whilst dragging 2 children) walk to the hustle and bustle of Shinsaibashi - we loved how there was a Family Mart right next door, and just 80 metres away was a 24-hour supermarket. The Yotsubashi line was also a stone’s throw away, and if you wanted to get on the Chuuo line it is only a 800 metre walk. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming when we first arrived and every time we walked past the reception. If you’re expecting a traditional hotel stay - this is not for you. Cleaning is not daily, and refreshments like coffee/tea need to be obtained from the lobby, which was absolutely fine for us. The only thing that was baffling for us was the cleaning services. We were briefed about the cleaning frequency at the beginning but didn’t quite get how it worked as days where we expected to have someone wash up the dishes it was still left in the sink when we were back at the end of the day. During the last day, we didn’t even have clean bath towels in our room. I think it would be best if they had specified the cleaning cycle in the room as information so that people can have expectations managed. The hotel is also right next to a fire station so expect occasional sounds of sirens in the middle of the night. We enjoyed the stay very much, although we paid premium for the room due to it being high season. We would still recommend this hotel to families!

Loved this hotel very much as groups can mingle through separate rooms and still keep the rooms private. The amenities of the hotel were great and staff were very very pleasant and friendly. I will definitely stay with Mimaru in future!

Excellent service

除了些許有點貴，其他沒毛病，小廚房很好用，房間很乾凈佈局也合理，樓下便利店，24小時生鮮超市走2分鐘就到，地鐵口3分鐘，心齋橋日本橋……商圈近在咫尺

還在關西遊的戒斷中… 離四橋地鐵站2號口很近，走到心齋橋大丸遊有個10-15分鐘的樣子，方便也遠離喧鬧，挺好的～雖然沒有早餐🥣但是地鐵站出戰就有個大型超市AEON，樓下還有全家，提前一晚備置早飯，微波爐電磁爐加熱就好，很照顧喜歡熱食的中國胃～自帶直飲水，受不了日本冰水的可以自己燒水喝（我們攜帶了燒水壺和轉換插座但燒的很慢，功率不對）

酒店位於地鐵口旁，出行十分便利。 房間相對於日本來説乾淨寬敞，還帶有一個小廚房，樓下地鐵口有一個24小時生鮮超市和一個全家，滿足日常需求，我們買了和牛和麪條，吃得比飯店好。 衞生條件很好，各項服務也到位，非常推薦

位置好，地點佳，工作人員服務親切。空間大，適合一家4口，最棒的是有小廚房，旁邊有超市，晚上可以吃泡麵配和牛！

第二次入住這個酒店，真心覺得是親子出遊很好的選擇。房間相比大阪其他酒店要大，一家四口入住很舒適。酒店周邊很多餐廳可選擇，便利店，大型超市就在酒店樓下或不行少於五分鐘路程內。心齋橋步行約十分鐘可到達。總之，十分便利。

一家四口人均一張床，倆孩子睡上下鋪，很寬敞也乾淨。房間裏有冰箱，微波爐，電磁爐和配套的鍋碗瓢盆，自給自足很方便。公寓的位置也很不錯，鬧中取靜，離心齋橋步行十分鐘，公寓樓下就是全家，步行2分鐘有家AEON超市，這次大阪五天都住這家公寓，很喜歡，以後如果再來大阪還會選擇這家。

衞生的話如果選擇酒店的話更好，缺點是衹有一個衞生間，因為我們是五人入住，衹有一個衞生間很不方便，房間裏衹有掛壁空調，不是中央空調，聲音比較大。前台很熱情。打掃衞生不到位，然後女生都沒法洗頭，吹風機也沒有國內的好。感覺性價比比較低

4人家庭入住，房間面積大，小朋友有足夠的活動空間。有廚房，煮食設備齊全，在樓下24小時AEON超市買食品，供早上煮早餐，十分方便

房間應該沒有攜程描述的那麼大，位置還不錯，挺方便的，樓下有全家和一個24小時便利店，旁邊還有一個麥當勞，地鐵站也在附近，步行至心齋橋商業圈，大約10分鐘，衞生説實話，一般化，床頭背景上面全是灰，地面也不是非常乾淨，總體還不錯，不過價格在附近的酒店也是比較貴的
