The best thing about this hotel is the location—it’s literally next to JR Shin-Imamiya Station. The hotel is nice and clean. The common area is equipped with a microwave, a coffee/tea machine, and a water dispenser. There’s also a laundry area available. My room was on the 7th floor, which doesn’t have a shower room. Shower rooms are only available on certain floors, so sometimes you need to queue, especially in the morning. Towels and basic toiletries are not provided, but you can add on, if I’m not mistaken. The room size was adequate for me—an Asian male, 67kg and 180cm tall—since I only used it for sleeping and spent most of my time outside. For the price, it’s definitely worth the money. Here’s the view of the train station from my room. They provided earplugs for you to sleep comfortably.

I discovered this location after staying at Hotel Shin-Imamiya (next door). I’d rather pay more to stay at this hotel, which was such a great value with many convenient amenities. It was the first time my mother slept on tatami mats with futon bedding. The bath/shower setups are communal. (The women’s-only bath is on the first floor.) I especially liked the common space because of the food station to cook/prepare instant meals. The best aspect of the common space were the free cold/hot beverages. The location is unbeatable. This was the second time I stayed in this neighborhood. The Osaka Loop train was so perfect to get around.

good budget hotel near train station and have onsen. but lack of room amenities

This is a japanese airBNB style hotel, room are really small with a futon style bed not very comfortable if your use to a full size bed and high end traveler, This is just a low class hotel 2 star or 1, no sink or bathroom in the room, there are common bath on the roof top where you can get soak in hot tub before shower, this is very common in Japan I guess. They provide coffee, tea, microwave in the common area. very easy to check in and check out, no towel provided you have to bring your owl otherwise you end up buy their 300yen small thin towel that been flaking. This is really a good experience in Japanese culture, I recommend to travel japan on not peak season as you can get better hotel price.

I enjoyed my stay. My room is clean so is the common area. I like the varieties of free drinks at the food area, there are also microwave and washing machine facilities too. The public bath area is not usually crowded when I used it and it’s clean. The best part is the subway is just next door up the staircase! There is convenient store within 50 m and more food places about 15 min walk. It is about 30 min walk to Dotonbori or 1 station away. Very convenient! Most of the staff can understand and communicate with simple English.

The location is very convenient, nearly from station that you can direct to the airport. The room is clean and also small but i think this is standard for this price. Maybe i will choose this hotel again when i have travel plan to Osaka.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. For its price, it offers great value for money. The location is excellent—right across JR and Nankai stations, just a short walk from Osaka Metro (Dobutsuen-mae), and surrounded by convenience stores, Don Quijote, supermarkets, and close to Namba and Tennoji. While I’ve experienced another hotel in the area with slightly better amenities, this one is still an overall fantastic choice. The service was exceptional. I’ll definitely visit and stay here again!

First time booking such a small space. It was hard to ventilate it. The rest was ok. There is a public bathhouse on the top floor, and private shower stalls on some floors.

Very convenient location - just by the metro station and not far from Namba area and a zoo. The room was also nice, very small, but I really liked that it had futons. The hall on the 1st floor had several tables where you could have dinner, and also I liked that there was a free coffee/tea vending machine, it was very tasty! Also a microwave. I totally loved the place and will stay here again when I go to Osaka.

I didn't expect this hotel to be so "good", because at that time, I was searching for the cheapest one. However, it turned out to be a great place for us to stay! Certain drinks were free in the lobby. Even if you couldn't find a place or time to go to onsen, which is hot spring, you can enjoy it while you're in the hotel! They offer inside hot spring as well! I don't a picture of the room we booked but I liked the view from the window also outside of the side stairs.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are a bit conjugated with shared bathrooms creating some inconvenience given the number of rooms.

Basic but functional budget hotel. Clean and the futon was comfortable. Polite and helpful staff.
