This hotel is so clean and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and helpful. It is value for money. Nearest station is about 15-20 minutes walk away. Breakfasts are good with decent choices. Highly recommended. Good local shops for food and convenient stores.

Location was not bad, near some subway stations. However, the line I used the most was the midosuji line… so it was very out of the way. Room is clean but really small for two people. There was barely space to open the luggage. Overall it was a good stay. 24hour front desk is good

The room is pretty small and the curtains were dusty. However, the front desk people are friendly and speak English. It is close to subway and drinks are free from 11am to 11pm.

The hotel was located very close to public transportation and downtown Osaka. The room itself was very small, but that is pretty common in Japan.

Excellent hotel for budget travellers. Slightly Bigger than usual business hotels so no complaints on space. Its located in the quieter side of Osaka accessible to Kita Ward and Namba

This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. As always, appreciated the service there, and the lovely breakfast lady🥰 I will staying in this hotel once again when I visit Osaka.

Good location, ver close to the metro which made it easy to get around. Really loved viewing the collection of signed kpop albums in the dining hall.

The location is very convenient.There are at least 2 subway station near the hotel and you only need to walk in 10mins! Many many restaurants nearby
