Quite hard to get around everything, hotel itself is fine. Be aware of the limited luggage storage space, we were refused storage space. No luck finding a storage rental in Osaka JR station either, spent 1.5 hour to finally find one. Staff needs more training, quite rude

Clean and cozy. Only that even it looks near to the main station on the map, it felt such a long way when we had to walk with our luggage on a rainy day with no cover.

reasonable distance to the subway station and to USJ too! we chose this place because it was also near to the Willer bus terminal at Umeda Sky Building. reasonably priced. we managed to stay in this room with two big luggages though opening them fully might be a struggle! you get what you pay for :) amenities are found on the first floor, but pretty good stuff.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel New Style Osaka Shin Umeda! The staff was welcoming and attentive, making my visit seamless and enjoyable. My room was modern, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable retreat after a busy day. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance of the hotel, which offered a quiet escape in the heart of the city. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from Osaka Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka!

Hotel Staffs are not too friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff is unfriendly and rude. No customer service and not professional. Will not book this hotel again. First time disappointed with the hotel in Japan, which is well known for customer service. Indeed disappointing. Room not clean everyday due to their policy.

Helpful staff but the location a little bit far from the station.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. -It's around 10 min walk from both Osaka and Fukushima station on the red loop line. -There's a 7-11 out front. -Wash&dry machines located on floor 4-9, 500¥ per 2 hrs of wash&dry. Really good value. -Room is super clean and the amenities are amazing. -There's a microwave in the laundry room. -Our stay is smooth with no problem. -You can leave your bags & luggages with the front desk any time.

The overall experience of staying here was excellent. Additionally, the hotel provided bath supplies, which was very convenient for us as travelers. Sometimes, when the itinerary is too exhausting, we forget to buy bath items, so this was a thoughtful touch.

The location is good if you rode night bus of Willer Express. The room was clean and the staffs are nice.

Reception staff very friendly & helpful. Room hygiene clean, bed sheet clean and bed comfortable.

Stayed there for three nights. Liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenient location. The size of this room type is a little small. Hotel has self-service laundry facilities and you can view real-time updates on the usage status!

The hotel facilities are quite good, and the only suggestion is that if the receptionist's attitude were more friendly, the overall impression of guests would be better.

The hotel is 10 mins away from the JR Station and the check-in counter is another building different from the onw we are living. The room is quite good and provides every little equipment. Free breakfast including bread and soup are provided but the rubbish bin is a little but small.
