Walking distance to train station and the convenient stall is right below the hotel is a plus point. Most important, the free snacks all day with yakult and ramen provided is our favourite. Super close proximity to Dontonbori (across the street) Highly recommend to stay! - minus point is, the rooms are very small, hardly have space for family of 4.

Nice breakfast and supper, food delicious. Good service, nice receptionist, can communicate with english. Nice and convenience location.

It's quite far from the metro station. And the room is a bit small. Yet the overall experience is good.

Cost communication needs improvement. At the check in, I asked about latest check out time which the reception replied 2pm. However, she didn’t mention there is a surcharge for 1000 yen per hour starting from 11am. So improving the communication about charge would be appreciated. Apart from that, the onsen and services are all good.

Free ramen at night, the breakfast is Japanese style with choice of sashimi rice. Great location and comfortable room. Familymart js next door. Dotombori is 5 min walk from the hotel.

The location was good. However the hotel is a bit old fashioned. Only 1 pillow!

Nice hotel with hot spring feature, spring lover will love it, but if not spring lover, you may need consider again before booking, hotel is a bit old, room size is quiet average.

The hotel is quite close to the busy area in shinsaibashi, just a few minutes walk. It equipped with osen for the guests and it provides free ice and ramen for guests to take for free. I like the comic books corner very much and you can take a few of them back to room for reading, only need to remember returning afterwards.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast has wide range of choices including Western and Japanese. Although the hotel is a bit far from Namba Station or other metro stations, the hotel provides good onsen facilities. Besides, they also provide free ice bars, cold drinks to cool us down after the hot spring and ramen as super. The staff members are friendly and helpful.

Need to improve on cleanliness. The public bath area is very dirty. There’s hair all over even the pool area. Visited the onsen on the 15th Oct close to midnight. Saw one of the staff using one of the dirty bath towel to wipe the floor.
