Second time use this hotel. Good location, various restaurants around. Near to attractions like shin sekai and tsutenkaku. A bit old building and facilities.

DONT STAY HERE!! No amount of saving is enough for staying here. I had an horrible experience here. Don't recommend this hotel for anyone. I arrived and as soon as I look to the bed there is a hair next to the pillow. I went to reception to ask to change room and they accepted. I changed and the photos below are the ones of the SECOND room. I was too tired because of the flight so I just accepted to stay here one night. I woke up with a stiff neck because the bed was horrible. I went to the desk the night before to ask for an early check out and they said they would refund the money and I had to pay a cancellation fee which is bad but ok. Next day I check out and during the day talking with the website where I booked, they told me that they don't accept the cancellation so two receptionists lied to me!! Not even for free is possible to stay here with these conditions. Ruined my trip and didn't refund the money I paid for the nights I didn't stay.

The hotel is strategically located - just a minute walking distance from Dobutsuen-Mae metro station. It is clean and quiet, a peaceful stay at night after a long travel day.

I've visited Osaka countless times, but this was my first stay at this hotel. I stayed for a total of 3 nights. Initially, I was prejudiced against this area as it seemed a bit intimidating, but after staying here, I realized it was actually quite peaceful and clean. I was very impressed and would definitely consider staying here again on future trips to Osaka. The hotel is located a short walk from the station. There are multiple exits, and if you have heavy luggage, there are elevators available. A convenience store and vending machines are also nearby. I arrived in Osaka early morning via night bus. Initially, I was going to ask the hotel if I could leave my luggage, but luckily, I was able to check into my room right away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though their English had a Japanese accent. They were able to provide me with all the necessary information. (If you plan to arrive at the hotel before check-in time, please contact the hotel directly to inquire about their policy.) My room was a single room of 11㎡, which is about 3x4 meters. I could fit my 28-inch suitcase on the floor in the walkway. The room had a bed, desk, chair, nightstand, mini-fridge, TV (which I didn't use), glasses, trash can, slippers, and towels. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was acceptable given the price and quality of the hotel. The desk was large enough for me to work on my laptop and still have space for my makeup and some snacks. The bathroom was small but clean. It had a shower, bathtub, automatic toilet, and amenities like soap and shampoo. The hotel's common area had several workspaces, which were sufficient for the number of guests. The hotel's internet was very fast, both in the room and in the common areas. If you're traveling for work, this hotel would be a great option. The kitchen area was small but functional, with a microwave, electric stove, sink, and separate trash bins. There was also a laundry room with coin-operated washing and drying machines. I didn't use this service, but I think you can exchange coins at the hotel lobby.

A convenient places to go shopping and enjoy the food streets

Spacious room. The bed is soft, not firm, makes some noise when you sit on it. Creaky bed.

hotel was made for its purpose. room was small but compact and straight forward. toilet was ok, but still comfortable. room was clean.. the hotel looks a bit sketchy outside but its actually not bad ! amenities were good

Decent hotel with various amenities. The room was spacious although the toilet was a bit small. The location was very near the Dobutsuen-Mae metro station and Shin-Imamiya station. There were many convenience stores nearby and also a don quijote outlet nearby.

Friendly and helpfull staff, the girl on the front desk was so nice I enjoyed talking to her.

Indeed an oasis, very sequestered and hidden near an otherwise very touristy area. Near shinsekai, you will obviously encounter tourists, but I had no issues concerning noise or otherwise disturbing events. Room is small but clean, bathroom is also very small but toilet has bidet, offers room cleaning service once a week and towel exchange every day. Washing machine is 200yen, dryer is 100yen, if requested at the front desk they provide chopsticks, hot water, and other basic necessities.

Location is good, less than 5 minutes walk from subway station. Price is very cheap so I expected the room/bathroom to be small. However, the mattress and pillowwas so hard, could not sleep properly!
