enjoyable experience, relaxing spa/sauna, shining breakfast, strongly recommended!

Hotel room is quite spacious. Location is also quite good. Accessible to metro and JR station. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hot spring was very recommendable but the color choice of the wallpaper gave me a little cold vibe.

Great hotel near Osaka Castle and ITV studio in a business area.  Not really near markets or central city activities.  The service, breakfast and facilities shine, especially the desk staff, who walked outside with us to point us in the right direction.  Having a convenience mart on the lower level was useful.

Everything was great except I booked 1room with 2 beds and the reservation did not say that. I had to pay extra. The hotel is in a great location for th Osaka Castle. The room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Old maintenance, but convenient, very close to the subway station.

The big was wide enough and the night view from the window was breathtaking. The staffs were very kind as well. I just hope that the ventilation is good in the toilet. But overall it was a great stay. Gonna come again.

The hotel itself is not new but the room and facilities are great given the discounted price. Breakfast hall was fancy, in terms of both decoration and food. Location is very good, being connected to the station and walkable distance to Osaka Castle

Ive stayed here before and again the stay was warm and I was well looked after to the usual high Japanese standards! One non Japanese reception staff member did make a mistake by telling me I was allowed to use the onsen. I have tattoo’s and I know it’s not allowed, so i questioned it and he informed me it was fine. Luckily I did not use the onsen as I was later told his information was incorrect.

Second times staying in this hotel. Service was excellent and very close to Osaka Castle and good for morning run.

A very good experience, it was exactly what I was searching for and I tough to stay one day more but price is changing for the same room on Saturday night, like double price. Other strange thing for me is the check in time, like everywhere in Japan. Amazing hot spring but the entrance need to be paid a part and the great view of the city from the water is blocked from a cover on the window. Staff is amazing, very professional and helpful. Transportation wise, the hotel has great access to airport and inter-city (direct train from/to KIX airport and easy transportation from/to Kyoto/Uji/Nara). However going into the osaka main tourist attractions will normally involve transits. Hotel itself is old but maintained fairly well. All amenities are supplied as well as free skin care samples if you run out of them. Hot spring can cost extra depending on the package you go for. Staff are friendly and communicate in English too. All in all great value for money and will come back to stay.
