Osaka Tokyu Rei Hotel recensioner

About a 10 minute walk from Osaka station. Service attitude of front desk staff needs substantial improvement. For example, one agreed to baggage storage, but another (young male) said NO and with an aggressive and totally not-service-oriented attitude. Room was NOT clean, with strands of long hair in the bath and on the wash basin top.

Strongly recommend this place for solo travelers or friends! Nice location and clean space! (Not a brand-new hotel but it is well managed condition!) Convenient stores were nearby, so that is a huge plus.

Quiet near to the rail station. Clean and tidy. Nearby many restaurants. The room is not too small.

Relatively acceptable distance from Osaka/Umeda station. Walking time is about 10mins with luggage. Room is old but clean. Common business hotel standard and no surprise.

This Hotel is definately close to the Umeda station exit and many restaurants, convenience stores nearby. It is recommended for travel to stay.

Close to many restaurants but if you do a lot of shopping near Umeda or if your itinerary requires frequent travel by JR then this hotel is a bit far. But generally it’s good for those who don’t have much to carry with them.

Convenient Location with All the foods surrounding,as well as walkable distance to the Osaka Station,Umeda Station etc via Underground malls.

Typical small hotel in Japan but it is clean and located in a strategic location to travel around Osaka. All the basic requirements are met and valuable.

The location is good but need to be careful when you travel alone at night

Hotel is around a 15 minute walk away from New Hankyu Hotel. Wouldn't say most convenient but room size is good. Amenities provided also sufficient. Rooms are clean given their age. The biggest problem is the lighting and bed. There are many devices with light on, such as light literally next to your eyes when you lie down, could barely sleep. Also the bed was not comfortable and the weird pillow with a soft and hard side was difficult. Decent place but so hard to sleep, at least for me.
