This hotel stay was an amazing experience! I must share with you all! The room, though compact, is well - laid - out. Every inch of space is utilized cleverly. It's clean and tidy, not a speck of dust in sight. The bed sheets and covers are as white as snow, soft and comfortable to the touch, reflecting meticulous attention to detail. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, with both The taste is simply superb! Every bite reveals the freshness of the ingredients and the care put into cooking, energizing me for the new day. What surprised me the most was that there was a bathtub in the room! After a long day, filling the tub with warm water and taking a relaxing bath, all my fatigue just melted away. This sense of happiness was truly overwhelming. The hotel's service is also very considerate. The staff are warm and attentive, showing care from check - in to check - out. Next time I travel, [Howill definitely be my top choice again!

Probably one of the worst Hotels in Osaka, maybe the worst in all of Japan. I never experienced such bad conditions and service before. Usually I am impressed by the good manners and service in Japan. But here it's completely different. It was also impossible to reach the reception desk or talk to someone in charge. Maybe it's because they don't like foreigners or maybe their service is just that bad always. Despite a cancellation of my room was not possible, I stayed in another hotel.

Room was ok but AC wasnt working properly, too warm inside the room

The location was conveniently located about a 3mins walk away from the train station. The hotel staff was friendly. Although the room looks a bit old, it is clean and tidy. There are convenience stores nearby the hotel too.

Enjoy my stay here. The free breakfast is good. The public bath is acceptable. But better avoid peak hours, it is quite small. Staff are nice.

Walking distance from exit 1 of Awaza station takes around 2 mins, the room is clean and tidy and the toilet clean too. The staff in the hotel are friendly and provide good service.

酒店距阿波座地下鐵站最接近(3號出口有)，交通尚算便利。酒店提供限時welcome drink，房間雖然不大，每天都有打掃，衛生👌早餐好豐富，每天都有點不同，味道不錯😋職員包括前台/餐飲及清潔人員態度認真負責有禮👍14樓大浴場，體驗不錯👌加上房價合理，這是一個挺不錯住宿體驗，值得推薦🙏

房間雖小，五臟俱全，地理位置優越，出門100米就是地鐵中央線，到心齋橋、本町，海遊館，環球影城距離非常近，去京都、奈良到弁天町換成JR特別便利，酒店晚餐價格合理且味道不錯，酒店西北方向就是中國駐大阪總領事館，遇到特殊情況還可以到大使館尋求幫助，總之特別好。

早餐好食 每日會有少少變化 如果早餐完結時間可以夜少少就完美啦 房間細但非常乾淨 會每日換毛巾同執房 （應該因為環保 冇換床上用品） 浴場唔錯 開放時間夠長一個人用時好舒服 近地鐵站 幾方便

地理位置優越，阿波座1號口出來正對面200米吧。去哪兒都方便。入住贈送兩枚硬幣，可以免費去一樓ATM挑選兩瓶水。房間小巧勝在乾淨整潔。房間內配置了燒水壺，滿足國人需要。早餐很豐盛，天天都能吃到章魚燒，味道還闊以。

前台服務熱情，還送了入住小禮物。酒店靠近地鐵站，雖然就在高架旁邊，但窗户隔音做的很好，完全不受影響。另外，酒店提供免費的公共温泉及早餐，性價比非常高了。

房間很乾凈，前台有中文服務，十四樓有免費的泡湯。 最絕的是，酒店距離阿波座地鐵一號口大概100米，一出來馬上看到酒店！完全不用找。 酒店旁邊的居酒屋海鮮屋台（大概50米遠）超級推薦。 早餐好吃

일단 위치가 가깝고 남바나 유니버셜, 츠텐카쿠 가기도 편해요. 환승을 해야 하는 경우도 있지만 노선2개가 있어서 괜찮습니다. 어린이들은 기념품도 지급되고 있고, 어린이 조식 무료, 어른은 쿠폰을 줍니다. 14층에 대욕장에서 하루 피로를 푸는 것도 좋습니다. 연박의 경우 크게 실내 청소할 것이 없다면 에코프로그램 참여한다고 하면 코인을 추가로 줍니다. 공용 전자렌지는 1층 리셉션 옆에 있습니다.

駅からは近く、コンビニもあるが 周りに飲食店などは少なめ。 ロビーに飾られた季節のお花がとてもキレイで 大浴場があるのがとても嬉しかったです。
