Enjoyed my stay very much indeed. The onsen is not big but will comfortably accommodate 5 or 6 visitors at the same time. The cleaniless is exceptional good. Lots of restaurants nearby and also a LIFE supermarket which is only 10 walk from hotel.

A good place to stay near happenings and food and Ferris wheel. Good to stay with hot spring.

Room is good, hot pool is nice and clean, with view of other buildings but better than nothing Service was warm and kind Location is good, 7 minutes walk to umeda station, easy take trains for travelling and shopping

Have public onsen on top of the building which is quite a treat. Staff mostly at the lobby all the time. Convenient to walk around Umeda with 7-10 minutes walking distance from metro Room is not too big but practical enough.

Very spacious triple room for a family of 3 adults. Delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of food including every famous dish of Osaka. Small onsen but good enough for relaxation. All staff were really nice and they speak good English. A bit far from train station but you can walk using underground mall route nearby which is smooth for big luggage.

This was a great Hotel and despite being extremely small but you have to expect that in Tokyo the best part of this hotel was the location. It was an excellent street close to everything you could imagine and purely based on the location I would recommend this hotel prices change on a daily basis so be aware of that it can triple the next day or it can have the following day but again that is something that is often happening in Tokyo hotels. The other thing that was frustrating is that you cannot check in until 3 pm and you have to check out by 10 am again if you’re changing Hotel does it means you’restuck for quite a few hours but this is a Tokyo thing not particular to this Hotel all up? I really enjoyed this place and I would happily stay there again.

The location is convenient, closer to JR/MTR/etc, close to shopping malls and street food, and there's convenient store nearby! The breakfast is fantastic!
