Granbell Hotel Osaka recensioner

Never again. Stayed here 3 days and at no point of time my room was automatically cleaned. I had ask for them to do so and even then it wasn’t done so at the stipulated time. Will skip this place next time.

One of the good hotel location near the station. One of the good locations of the hotel, close to the station. Everything is clear from the signs where the reception is. There are basic things near the counter, brew, ice. Room is small, cramped on entry but everything important is there.

Hotel is close to Hommachi subway station so located between JR Osaka/Umeda and Namba station. Offers easy access to the shopping in Shinsaibashi. Lobby has a seating area on the 3rd floor and the spa on the top floor is very small and kind of disappointing. Quality of amenities provided not similar to the Granbell Hotel in Sapporo and I find it to be slightly inferior. Room is also not as good.

Great hotel for a stay in Osaka, the hotel has everything a traveler needs

A compact yet highly comfortable room, perfectly located with a lovely city view from the window. The staff were delightful, and it’s all positives. P.S. We fell in love with the honey tea, but couldn’t find it in stores.

Hey! To be honest, Granbell Hotel Osaka is the best where I have stayed at. Not only it’s in a great location in a short distance of the major attraction , but also it offers amazing spa and clean rooms and cool service. If you ever ask me, where I’m staying in Osaka, the answer will be at Granbell.

There is hot spring at the top floor, but I didn’t have time to visit, as I returned very late (2-3am) everyday. Room is small but it’s very nice for the price 👍

Good hotel nearby Honmachi station (Around 13 min walking). Hotel service is about average and still have very good double bed room (14 sqm) compared to similar ranking japanese hotel. And overall I give it 7.5 out of 10 because the station is little bit far especially when you have a big luggage & around 6-7 min to convenient store.

Location is approx 10-15mins walk from subway station. But also near the shinsaibashi shopping street. Room is tiny for Japan standard Best feature of the hotel is the onsen at top floor

Nice location and very value for money room. Opted for a larger room and it was money well spent. Room was as spacious as the photos. Breakfast was great as well, the omelette station was amazing.

Great location, very clean and modern. Amenities kit has to be collected at the reception. Room is fairly small and that’s the only downside. Fantastic choice overall!

great room near the main attractions in Osaka. No real reception (you have to enter through the parking door). staff not always helpful. onsen not very clean.

The house keeping service is the worst ever. First, it doesn’t provide daily cleaning which is fine. But then, on the day that the house keeping lady should’ve come, they didn’t come. We reported and the hotel said that they would come the other day but they left our room door opened when we came back. We called and asked about it and the staff transferred our calls twice to another department and asked us to go down to reception at last. I feel like they were so not serious on handling this issue which is very serious and I had never met such issue before. After we went to the reception, the staff in charge had no idea about our previous call and we had to explain again. The staff only asked us if we want to change room which helps nothing at all. They didn’t offer any other compensation to us and we felt like the hotel is not sincere at all. Last but not least, the house keeping service was also awful because the rubbish bags are under the bed and the table in the bathroom was wet. The two house keeping service they provided was unsatisfied. Very horrible experience, will not come back again.
