It's just 250m from the Higobashi station via Exit 2 and it's also just 1.5km by walk from Umeda and Osaka station. The hotel and room is very clean and have Suana public bath on 14th floor with relaxing sitting area after done public bath. Hotel lobby also have door connect with 7 eleven store which is very continent. Overall it was a good experience staying here at this Welina hotel premier nakanoshima West. But before you done your booking please check again because it's non-refundable policy.

the location is just perfect that metro is close and convinence store is right inside of the building. also i liked the public bath on top floor. but the room i got was felt like bit unclean. found a tiny dead bug on bed and there was a luggage tag sticked on the wall which might belong to previous guest and cleaning staff missed that.

Well, when I checked in on the first day I’ve had a bad experience with the receptionist, rude attitude - due to the system error suddenly my booking for two-twin bed became 1 person stay only!!? And the cost for additional person seriously no joke! This hotel doesn’t clean your room throughout your stay (mineral water only provided on the first day) but they do change your towels & provide amenities on a daily basis. Lowson (convenience store) is connected with the hotel. Plus point - location, I strongly recommend this hotel! Very close to the subway (Higobashi station), exit 2 just walk straight for less than 5min you’ll reach Welina. Also, it’s within the Osaka central, if you rely heavily on public transportation then this hotel could be a good option, access easily to Osaka’s main centres - Umeda & Namba just two or three different stations away.

The hotel was pretty good and close to the metro. It’s a 25‑minute walk to Umeda or Dotonbori. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in the area. I really enjoyed the spa. However, our room was a bit dirty (there was a lot of dust). Overall, it was okay. The view from the window was very nice, and there was a small, cute park just a 5‑minute walk away from the hotel. 4.2/5 imo. Хороший отель ! ig: barabashka.beluga 🌐👥

Brilliant hotel, shame that my flight didn’t get in fast enough and arrived at 2am checked out the next day for another area. Clean and very nice.

The workers there are very friendly and understanding. They always went beyond to help us and you could tell it was as out of the goodness of their hearts. I have a hard time to sleep or takes me long to sleep but I fell asleep minutes later after laying on those beds. Really good service!

Front staff was superr unfriendly (one specific middle age lady). Firstly it was weird that they ask for your room when you are just leaving your luggage at the front desk. Usually they only ask for your room number when you were ready to check in. Soon after she demanded we pay an extra $30 per night of stay as she saw we had an extra friend with us even though we mentioned that she was just visiting our room. Like chill man, you're not paid more by the hotel to extort us out of extra money. Overall she was really unfriendly and mean. On a plus point their rooms were spacious and clean.

Hotel is perfect for short and business trips. That’s very convenient if you’re going to take the train to Kyoto cause the direct train station is nearby and it’s the cheapest way to get to the Kyoto. I loved the amenities, especially the public bath. It’s really nice to have a relaxing time there after the day full of exploring. The minuses are the fact what they don’t clean during the stay at all and there are literally no room for your luggage and no wardrobe in the room. Also sometimes it’s a bit cold if you’re sleeping near the window.
