Every time I come to Osaka for business, I always choose the hotel I stay in. It's more like a home for me in the city. Although there was a little bit of unhappiness on the day of check-in, the service staff quickly resolved the problem and hope to be more careful when cleaning the room next time. 私が大阪に出張に来るとき、必ず泊まるホテルを選びます。この街の私の家のような場所ですチェックイン当日は少し気まずくなりましたが、すぐに解決してくれましたので、次回のお掃除のときは、もう少し丁寧にお願いします。

设施：Room was clean albeit a little on the small side. Window didn’t fully close so traffic noise was audible. Bathroom was well equipped and everything worked. 卫生：Room, bathroom and hotel was very clean. Happy with the level of cleanliness. 环境：Decorations were modern and the room was relaxing. 服务：Staff were friendly and attentive.(my wife is Chinese we got room 414 on the 4th floor. Sounds very unlucky)

Perfect spot 15 minutes tube ride from downtown and shopping areas. Can be slightly noisy at night for light sleepers due to being located on an emergency vehicle route, but nothing that a pair earplugs wouldn’t fix.

It is right above a small subway station. Aeon supermarket is just right across and it opens 24-7. Very clean room but rooms are a bit small. No connected rooms for family of four.

Room is quite small compared to other hotels we were a part of. The people at the reception are good. They helped us a lot when we enquired for more information

A real hospitality that makes you feel warm and welcomed at this price level was worth it and superior❤️! Staff service The first day we were travelling from Kyoto to Osaka and carrying a lot of stuff. It was noon time and we were so tired when we arrive and it was so nice that they offer us some good choice while clear instructions for where to eat and where we could make use of our half day. There were several staff who helped and you could feel that do try to deliver a good experience for their customers. A nice female staff who even jot downs notes ans routes for us on the map guide. One thing so sweet~🫶🏻We leave so early for airport at the last day and they even book for us the taxi!! And assist us out to the hotel until we get on the taxi. They make good things happen just like when you visit most of the place in Japan ! It was heart warming for the whole stay~~! Buffet I would say the buffet choices might not be that much. However, you would know that they must have picked and prepared it with cares, quality, tastes and even healthiness!🥰😼.They even provide fruit and Veggie smoothie at several choice which is exactly what we need when we need to eat a lot ~~~~. Room Hygiene was fair, the ventilation is not too strong and there are a bit of dust on table. I wish they could improve this. But the overall was still nice. One thing was that they have a real window which you could see the street view and open 👍🏻👍🏻the noise cancellation effect is good as well, BRAVO ! One thing to mention is the room drip coffee and their breakfast drip coffee is sooo gooood compare to its price. If you are eating the breakfast buffet, Go for the drip coffee!

Really spacious. Nice cafe next to the lobby. Right next to the metro. One stop away from umeda. 24 hrs supermarket across the street. The alcohols are cheaper there than conbini.

First time to Osaka. This place is awesome. Good location. Nice bakery inside the hotel.

Location is very good. Easy access to metro. Beautiful rooms and complimentary drinks.

Right beside metro and convenience store, does not have a gym but fast check-in and clean rooms

Firstly, location is great. It is just beside a metro station and has several 24hrs supermarket/restaurants nearby. The receptionist spoke good english and was helpful too. Just one down side with the housekeeping. We returned to our room one night to find our door not closed properly!! It was so shocking that we called the frontdesk. There was no form of service recovery provided but thankfully we did not lose any items. Also, the housekeeping staffs did not refill the body wash even though it was running low and we had to call frontdesk for them to refill it. Rubbish was also not cleared once.

Great location! It’s next to the subway exit. Take exit 6 if you have a big suitcase. An elevator is located there. There’s a 24-hour supermarket right across the street. I bought breakfast for my stay and it was great! The food was above average, they had smoothies, great raw egg with rice, Parma ham with sweet melon,steak, good coffee etc! And they offer free alcohol in the fridge and at the hotel lounge in the late afternoon. All in all, my experience was good and I would stay there again.
