very good location, at the center of everything. staff were great, with free drink, ice-cream and cup noodles. massage chairs at lobby my family was very happy of the stay

Hotel Dotonbori is excellent, with a strategic location close to convenience stores and dining places. The breakfast is also delicious. They provide DIY cocktails and other drinks. Additionally, free noodles are available every night at 8:30 PM

What I love in this hotel is their freebies. Free noodles every night, free drinks, ice cream etc. I also like their breakfast. I like their room too. Its has 2 beds with pull out. Whats funny here is I cannot connect to their wifi in the room. I dont know. Manager even went to our room when I called and informed them. Also, since we are 3, and they advertise that children is free. They will not set up your room for 3 people since other one is free. I need to ask a towel everyday for my child.

First time staying in this hotel for a week The location is perfect with easy access to shopping area and restaurants. It's kids friendly and the hotel arranged different kinds of activities for adults and kids to experience the Japanese culture.

Very convenient location with lots of restaurants around, 5 minutes walk to train station. Room is big enough to open two luggage and the bed is very comfortable. However the toilet is quite small. The hotel provides free coffee, beer, ice cream and cup noodle everyday, will stay here again next time!

One of the highly recommended hotels in Namba. I especially enjoyed the kimono dress me up session on Fridays

Very good hotel. Perfect location. Friendly staff and super efficient. The only downside is small room especially bathroom, but that’s what you get mostly in big city in Japan. Overall 8/10

Super convenient area, easy to access for food & beverage. Just 2-3mins walking distance to dondondoki. Hotels served complimentary instant mee for everyday at 8pm, free flow ice cream and alcohol drinks as well. Highly recommended, and will come back to stay again.

This is the second time i stayed in this hotel. The location and price is perfect. It provided free ice-cream, drink and cup noodles from 3pm to 9pm. Also massage chair is free to use.

The wheelchair went faulty half way through the trip but counter staff was very helpful to ask around where else we can borrow even though we have to travel to umeda station but she helped us call hospital and pharmacy in addition to check if it’s possible too. Hotel also provides beverages and snacks during certain timing. Stayed with them 11 years ago and happy I chose them again this time. Thank you!

We clothes hotel because of the location and how it looked at the outside we visited Osaka. So would I stay a second time in there? Definitely! Just due to the uncomfortable rooms, bathroom etc. Lobby and Kitchen are Ok, though.

The entire Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Prior to my check-in I left my bag with my kids' passports at shin- osaka station. After arriving at the hotel, I asked one of the receptionist if they can hwlp me make phone calls to all possible stations that I may have left my bag because they speak very good english and of course japanese. Without hesitation, they complied and made numerous calls. The next day, I went to each stations lost and found that I may have possible lost my bag. Fortunately, the bag was retrieved and all items was inside the bag. When I returned to the hotel, the helpful receptionist, Ms. Saki was on the phone still calling ststions after station. Im glad I booked my hotel in Dotonbori hotel. As for the hotel, it was pretty small but it was expected. Just needed to adjust with the room size but ahould be good enough for 4 people with 3 beds. Plus, the hotel was going under renovation but it was manageable. And for the location, it was right on target if you are looking to shop, eat and drink a lot. I'm 2 to 8 mins walk from 3 don quijote including a mega don qui. Overall, it was a very happy family trip.
