Its quite good with onsen its a nice location  But is little bit pirce  Any way i willl go ther e again

Lobby, lefts and hallway are spacious, the hot springs are nice, I enjoyed use it for free!

Great location close to Castle and walking distance to Edisu area Rooms small but very clean Coffee kettle and all washing stuff Was shown Onsen which was lovely but did not use to busy Only thing I would change is they should not charge for Swimming Pool and use of the Gym as price should reflect this

I loved loved loved the size of this room! This was one of the biggest hotel rooms. I’ve had a while. I visited Japan and it was so nice and spacious. The hotel is old so don’t expect modern set ups as the bathroom is old and there’s no USB plug-ins for phones and gadgets. I was very happy that this hotel offered free and unlimited access to their Hot Springs on the 14th floor. They were very nice. It was also very traditional so that means no clothes and absolutely no tattoos allowed. The location of this hotel was very nice. It was far from the hustle and bustle of the major tourist places, but not too far. It’s only two stops away from Nipponbashi Station which will get you to everywhere you want to go. It was about a five minute walk to the metro to about three different lines. Also the area it was in had a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, pretty much anything you need was around and for better prices than the tourist areas. It was much more local and a pleasant experience in that area. The only downside was the amenities of this hotel. If you wanted to use the pool or gym it cost extra and laundry was also an extra service and for a huge hotel this size there was no laundry machines that you could use by yourself for extra money instead they gave directions to a laundromat that was quite a walk away. To improve this hotel, I would definitely set up some laundry machines for guests to access by themselves because I stayed during New Year’s and the laundry service was suspended. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka.

This hotel is located near Osaka castle which makes it very convenient for those seeking to explore the area. It also has access to two different metro lines which are a couple of blocks away. The service is very good and the best part is the access to the hot springs on the top floor.

Amazing onsen with severa baths . Room is very comfortable and spacious for Japanese standards . Check in staff were super friendly and attentive. Location is about 7 minutes to the nearest metro station and there is a 7-eleven just in front of the hotel. Excellent stay and quite near the Osaka castle. It is only two stops from Namba metro station and the neighborhood is very pleasant .

The place is so warmth and super clean. It is also near the train station. The ambiance of the hotel is very relaxing. Plus there's a free hot spring bath as one of their amenities and the water is so calming after a tiring day of walk. The breakfast was also good. Though the selections were limited but it was complete. From coffee, tea, juices and soda UpTo the main courses. I will be back here for sure. Thank you trip.com.

Overall a pleasant stay. The staff at the spa on level 14 were excellent and very hospitable. Viet, the male receptionist at the front counter on level 1 was very helpful, patient and polite.

Reasonable pricing for the location (a bit of a walk) and peaceful environment of the hotel. It would have been great if the gym is not chargeable, which is about JPY 2800 for a one time use. Onsen was great and conveniently located on the top floor with massage chairs. Highly recommended.
