Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower recensioner

Basically, the beds and table were clean, but found part of the carpet and the ceiling fan in the bathroom was very dusty.  Glad to see the hotel provided different chargers for our mobiles.  I hope the hotel can provide some distilled water in bottles for the guests. I have to use the tap water to boil and drink, I don't feel clean. Otherwise I need to go to the nearby convenience store to buy water every day, it's a bit inconvenient.  Sometimes at night can hear the noise from the other rooms, but overall, I enjoy my stay here.

Clean and new hotel. Able to survive an earthquake!!! Room was very spacious and toilet was comfortable as had a separate area for shower, sink and wc. Nice view as we were on the 50th floor. Could see all the way to Osaka Aquarium. Staff were friendly. Hotel is well connected (sheltered) to JR and Chou lines which are linked well to all parts of the city. Many convenience stores and bakeries nearby.

Had wonderful 4 nights stay in Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very nice view from our room on high floor. The convenient store is just opposite the hotel. Easy to find a cafe for breakfast nearby. access to JR station. Hot spring is one of the activities you shouldn't miss.

Love this hotel and will come back again! Spectacular view for our room located on 49/F, facing the bay side. Huge room with 3 beds. Most spacious room on the highest floor ever stayed in Japan. Very reasonable price except for the breakfast which comes with quite stiff price. We tried breakfast on both 2/f and 51/f and the latter was way better in terms of spread and quality of food. Love the basement parking, the lift will take you from carpark directly to your guest room floor. Best for those traveling with a car!!! Exit by credit card payment at gate. Charge on each exit. No need any help from hotel staff which is so so so good! Very crowded with the lifts when there is conference or event within the hotel. Overall, very happy with our stay there. Thank you for everything.

Great view and delicious breakfast Spacious room space and modern bedroom

The room is clean and there is a family mart nearby for late night snack shopping. However, the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary mineral water. Parking is also charged and the front desk doesn’t help to settle the payment and expect guest to settle the parking bill with cash at the machine upon exit.

I can't recommend this hotel enough! The views from the bedroom are absolutely stunning, and the service is top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. One of the highlights is the impeccable level of hygiene throughout the property. You'll find yourself just a 5-minute stroll away from two supermarkets, a furniture store, and a beauty and medical shop. Plus, there's a large and beautiful hot spring (溫泉) nearby that’s perfect for relaxing. And if you need to travel, both the JR and MTR stations are just a quick 5-minute walk away, making everything so convenient. Treat yourself to this fantastic experience!

Nice city view. The room is tidy and clean. Compare to other hotels in Osaka, this hotel is really good value for the money

the service is very good from.the personnel fron the hotel, very educated if you will use it just to sleep its ok, theres no instant coffee on the hotel no water bottles,.I dont know if this,the way in Japan but it is not in the rest of the world

Excellent location with easy access to JR and Metro. The high-floor room offers stunning views of the bay area. While the room is small, it is very functional, featuring a good shower and a convenient E-toilet. It was also quite warm. I will definitely return!

It was an amazing stay in the Hotel with an Onsen place right in the same complex. Super convenient as it’s just opposite to a JR station, but do look for the right exit which connect to the hotel with a easy accessible walk over a footbridge - going the bumpy and chaotic way along the street with all our luggages weren’t fun. It’s chic & chill, and with an amazing view! The sunset was nice - I was up before 4:30am to catch it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which offers spacious rooms and a convenient location. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the area, making it very convenient for us. One of the highlights was enjoying the hot spa which’s nearby hotel. As hotel guests, we received a discount of about one thousand Yen for the entry. The breakfast experience at the sky restaurant on the 51st floor was delightful, with a beautiful view and delicious food. What made the whole experience even better was the great deal we got from Trip for this hotel.
