Good location but some neighbor noise at night I stayed for two nights they provide towel and trash bag change but not bedsheet.

convenient location. But the staff at reception are not nice and not welcoming - no smile. I stayed for 3 nights, but none of the staff at reception were helpful. Please note that they never cleaned my room during my 3-nights stay. Only refill towels and empty the rubbish bin. No cleaning though.

The room is smaller than expected but barely accommodate a 28-inch luggage with enough space for two feet of walking. The bathroom ceiling is higher than excepted in Japan, and as someone who is 180 cm tall, I found it acceptable.

Location is ideal if you want to be surrounded by eateries and shopping. It’s quite a walk from Namba station (take B20 exit if you need the elevator to the metro at level BM - it’s located inside the mall next to the B20 exit) and quite noisy at night as it’s just opposite nightclubs and pubs. Not unusual to hear ambulance siren and drunkards shouting in the middle of the night. Full room cleaning is only done once every four days (you choose which date you want it to be done) but towels are changed every day. Only 2 pillows are provided for my twin bed so got to request for more. No restaurants in the hotel, but there’s sandwiches for sale at the lobby after 7am every day. No seats at the lobby for you to rest or wait, and luggage are stored in an open corner next to the entrance (security may be a concern). This hotel does not do luggage transfer but the 7-11 next to it does (though they may reject you if they have no storage space). Giving one more star for service as the service staff kindly obliged to my request to fill out the luggage transfer form for me in Japanese. Other than that, we didn’t really enjoy our stay due to the reasons above.

Good location. Close proximity to Dotonbori. Although its location is right into the middle of clubs but it is safe. Lots of food options within a 10-15min radius. Shopping is readily available around. 2 mins to Don Don Donki and 5 mins to Gilco sign. Room is small but that’s Japanese tourist class standard. Room is clean with a kettle and also a fridge. Although you can pick up amenities at receiption, I will recommend you bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste and razer. No English TV.

Good location for me. Near to walking street. Plenty of eateries. It is a lively area. Once I sleep, I can’t hear the din from the streets. ( my room at a mid- high floor). I could walk to bus station ( Itami airport) pulling my luggage about a 15 minute walk.
