Stayat Osaka Shinsaibashi East recensioner

Spacious and comfortable room for family! We were 5 pax and the 5 single beds were more than enough. There is bathtub and a small coffee table. All toiletries were well-prepared for us! The check-in and out were simple, online manual were given; free internet call for help available too at the lobby iPad. Located near the metro station super convenient to get to the famous places in Osaka such as Shinsaibashi, Dontobori. Love the room and the hotel(?) definitely book it again if we head to Osaka!

Room was ok for one night. I noticed a layer of dust on the lamp and a/c unit. Floor wasn’t spotless either. Few days prior, we received an email with instructions for check in: email was all in Japanese and instructions were not clear. I had to call the customer service number at arrival to get in.

There is 0 care about customers. We found it very difficult to get in as check in and may be done by using an iPad. We figured out that prices of the same room drooped dramatically once we stayed there. At 10 o clock , staff knocked the door and asked us to leave (check in may be done at 3pm while check out at 10am)

Excellent location  but you need to be patient in registering because there are no check in counter. Only a ipad and you need to follow a string of producers. Keyless door entry. Clean and spacious room for 3 of us. Very near to train station and amenities.

Stayed in a very nice and spacious room on the 15th floor for 7 nights. It is well maintained, quiet, and clean. Very comfortable bedding and we had very good sleep for the entire stay. The room faces east so is very well lit during day time and you can see the sunrises. There's only one elevator but it is efficient. Washer/dryer on the ground floor is convenient, although the drying function doesn't dry too well and fast. The location is acceptable, there are eateries and convenience stores close by. It's about 5-7 mins walk to the Nagborihashi station, which has an underground walk (and shops) leading to the shinsaibaishi station/street (another 10 mins walk). However, the location is situated on some little, narrow alley and is about 2-3 blocks walk to the main street so it demands certain walking, which is not all that bad if you don't mind exercising. The neighborhood itself, although safe (human crimes wise), literally has no sidewalks and there are cars/bikes driven by all the time. So this can be scary and raises safety concerns when walking with little kids, especially at night. So location wise, it's probably not the most ideal location if traveling with little kids or baby stroller or elders. It's totally fine for grown ups and adults. Check-in and check-out processes are annoying (though it took us only 5 mins and 2 mins or so to complete).

Very inconvenient. Very far from subways or metro. Need to walk very far. Room is spacious and value for money. Provides basic amenities

I was provided a main door wrong pin code and I have been notifying them that I can not access the main door but got no response. So I have to wait till someone from inside to go out so the door will be open. But everything went well when we reached the room. I will definitely stay here again. Helpful staffs, clean area and very simple yet delicious breakfast. Very valuable at all.

Disappointed, small room, far from mtr, didn't clean the room at all, didn't change towel, no service

How to find staff

Enjoyed the stay with my friends, quiet neighbourhood convenient location -- just 5 -10 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi . Self-service laundry at the ground floor is cheap and easy to use!

Easy access, good facilities with clean beds. Will book again next time

If you are looking for a cheap and good location hotel, this is a good choice. But the room is small .Also the beds are too soft that makes me feel uncomfortable. Moreover, they will not provide room service.You can pay more to have a good quality hotel.
