The hotel is about 15mins walk to Shinsaibashi. About 10min walk to nearest train station. The restaurants nearby mostly operating only in the late afternoon or night time. Hotel breakfast is great and recommended to include it during your stay.

It is in the middle of shinshaibasi, with access to a lot of food options. For a family with kids, it is quite a walk to the train station and to dotonbori. Otherwise, all is well.

Do not expect any service from them because there was none. The room was tiny. I paid for the whole families breakfast, but the voucher wasn't provided to me. I had to request, TWICE, so that the whole family can sit down and have breakfast.

Though room is slightly small but the layout is good so we can adjust the beds to widen the space. Service is not bad and location is near to all the famous street. Breakfast is good and nice spread too. Give out free kids bathroom amenities and free hair color stuff too.

The hotel is near to the shopping street Shinsaibashi and Dotondori within 10-15 minutes walk.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay in Quintessa Hotel near Shinsaibashi. The staff are kind and accommodating. The daily buffet are fantastic. Many varieties of food to choose from Asian, continental etc. They have hot and cold drinks with no additional charge. They have decent size room that fits 2 medium suitcase and 1 small suitcase. They bed is not that soft but we are comfortable. We slept well throughout the night. It is very quiet too! What I love this hotel is that it is close to 2 train stations, restaurants and convenience stores. They have plenty of freebies that range from skin care to basic toiletries. If you plan to have an affordable simple, clean and comfortable stay, this hotel is for you. Try booking few months in advance to save some money.
