Super Hotel Osaka Natural Hot Springs recensioner

Good size for 3 members (family), good quality breakfast even limit variety of manu, we had lunch one time, it is delicious and value for money. We can deposit bags when we go other cities such Kyoto, Kobe but you need to have the booking when return. There is station to provide coffee, tea, softdrink all time. There are vending mechine and cloth dryer 200Y per wash and 1pp¥ for dry. And i enjoy hot spring after long distant walk all day. Total 8 night.

Hotel offered drinks. Nearby Awaza subway station. In house hotspring available, yet quite crowded at night. Password enabled room door, no checkout is needed, saved some time in checkout process. Fair.

The hotel staff is very helpful, surprised that they have various pillows for different needs, very thoughtful. Food is good but coffee can be better.

I enjoyed my stay and especially the onsen. Appreciate the satff's support when they saw that I had lots of luggage and couldn't use the automated machine to keep my luggage. Thank you.

An excellent onsen hotel with natural hot spring . Good amenities as well as good welcome drinks . The only setback for us is that it is not readily accessible by foot or public transport . Yet the taxi fare is still reasonable .

They didn't change my towels and didn't give a bottle of water it the 2 day of my stay. Otherwise I would give a 5 star review

We booked a twins room and we required to pay extra 3000yen when me and my husband check in. the reason was the room was only booked under me, so unexpected :( front desk told me this the rule fo rall over jpn bussiness hotel. At 10 am, service lady keep knock our door, we open the door and told her we need 10 more mins to check out , then we were keep telling 1000 yen for extra 1 hr..... bed was clean but toilet not, many hair on the floor

Nice onsen with multiple baths and sauna. Rooms were enough since I was traveling solo. The luggage store was interesting as it utilizes a code and you can retrieve it yourself. They were strict about checking in at 3pm and no earlier so if you get there early you would need to wait. My biggest complaint was that it was far from metro so if you’re trying to get to a bunch of places do plan on more travel time

Lovely staff. Great hot spring area. Location not grand, but overall a great stay!
