Hotel Keihan Universal Tower recensioner

Great and spacious room for 4 pax. You can see the entire USJ from our window and literally beside the USJ station. They had complimentary drinks upon check in. Very polite and helpful receptionist. Their breakfast serves beef steak and soft serve ice cream! And my favorite Japanese scrambled eggs! Yumm! Oh they also provided pajamas which are comfy! Arigato gozaimas🙏 highly recommended!

Really recommended! The hotel is within the Studio City walk, close to other USJ hotels. When you walk out the ground floor, there is family mart, Starbucks, gap outlet, USJ merchandise and souvenirs (don't really have to buy when you are in USJ, can buy later). The amenities are perfect. Within the floor, there is a microwave, laundry, cutleries, water and ice. The room can be warm if u turn on the heater. It's great they have humidifier..relief the room abit. I love the service too! The security person is also super nice and hospitality is top notch.

One of the best hotel choice if visit USJ, it’s just next to USJ. Good for family with kids

A good USJ partner hotel. Very close to JR station and USJ entry gate with a lot of restaurants and convenient store around. Good room facilities and clean.

The hotel location is very close to USJ, USJ train station and to the USJ shopping center(5 min walk or less). Very easy to find places to eat and shop. The hotel staff is hit or miss, with some going out their way to help and others who avoid helping. They do not allow pre-check in, so all guests must wait until the 3p to check-in, creating a huge line from 3p-4p. They do not bring your bags to your room either. The room itself was big but the bath had hair under the soaps prior tonus using the bathroom, meaning the cleaning was not done properly. The toilet did not flush properly The trundle bed underneath was stained in multiple spots. The AC doesn't work properly it's hot in the room during the day, even with AC on full blast. and the AC caused my entire family to have allergies. The pillows are uncomfortable and have seeds/beans in them instead of foam or feathers. The onsen and spa facilities were nice but could get crowded after USJ closing. hotel does not deserve the 4 star rating and should be 3 stars if that. I would recommend staying at another hotel near by with better ratings and facilities.

The location is superb. Near to USJ Just 5 min walk through the Universal City . A lot of restaurants, Cafe and shop. The hotel service also superb.

Very good hotel with good location, make it very convenient for food, near the USJ Park with plant choice of restaurants around, there are aso convenience shop Lawson available. Great hotel!!

Best hotel.if you want to.visit the universal studio.japan. its located next to USJ and also universal city station so easy for you to explore osaka. As this hotel.located in universal city walk, you will not go hungry for sure. So many food option

Good location , very convenient when entering the park , although I prefer some chairs in the room instead of seat mattress.

Located right next to Universal studios. Within few minutes walk to the front door entrance. But car park quite expensive. It charges ¥3,500 per day.

This hotel is very convenient for those who are going to USJ. It’s within walking distance. There’s lots of restaurant at the universal walking street and Lawson there too

Excellent hotel, the facilities and the attention was really good, but for me it was strange not to have to store my family’s clothes.

It was a great experience with my family. The location is perfect, and the all staff are very polite and helpful.
