Checking in was great with dinner served on arrival, gold room is spacious and a view of mt Fuji. Breakfast was a big spread but all Japanese options. Second night dinner however the prawn wasn't fresh and the chef tried all means to defend himself. There's a 150 yen charge per person per day for use of the onsen which is not included in the booking. Please take note

we can see mt fuji from our room .. staff are attentive and friendly . two stories apartment in Japanese style , clean and cozy . food are excellent too ! love it ! 

We like to thank and applaude the staffs and chef that took good care of us during our stay at Hakai Konohanakan. The services and amenities provided were top notch and the staffs were very thoughtful in making sure that we were well taken care of. Not to mention, the omakase is of really good quality and variety. Every day was a new experience with new dishes! Really well done on the chef and staffs part. Although the location maybe abit secluded, we like to appluade the staff effort in offering to arrange a taxi for us to take us to a location. As the bus services here may be a little unreliable, if your itinerary is packed with 3 to 4 places for the day, we recommand to book a chartered services for at least a day so you can go around freely from one end to the other. We were lucky to have a staff that speaks Mandarin but nevertheless, even if the staff can't speak Mandarin or understands English, they take an effort to explain and understand you through translation apps. All in all, we have no regrets in booking and staying here. Would highly recommend to stay here if your itinerary revolves around lake Yamanaka as it is only a 10 minute drive away! Not to mention a step outside and you can see mount fuji!

The host who received us was very kind and beautiful. The original check-in time was between 3 PM and 7 PM, but we arrived at 9 PM because we were playing at the nearby Fuji-Q Highland. Even though we arrived late, we were warmly welcomed. Since we missed dinner, the host personally drove us to a nearby convenience store. The service was excellent. As compensation for missing dinner, breakfast was very generous and delicious. The environment was particularly good, and the room was very clean and tidy. We were very tired from playing all day, but after soaking in the hot spring, we felt completely refreshed. It was very comfortable. This was a very worthwhile experience, and I highly recommend it! 私たちを迎えてくれたホストはとても親切で美しかったです。本来のチェックイン時間は3時から7時の間でしたが、近くの富士急ハイランドで遊んでいたため、夜の9時に到着しました。9時に到着したにもかかわらず、暖かく迎えてくれました。夕食の時間を逃してしまったため、ホストが近くのコンビニまで車で連れて行ってくれました。本当に素晴らしいサービスでした。夕食を逃したため、朝食は非常に豊富で美味しかったです。環境も特に良く、部屋もとても清潔で綺麗でした。1日中遊んでとても疲れていたため、温泉に入った後は全身がリフレッシュされ、非常に快適でした。これはとても価値のある体験でしたので、ぜひお勧めします！

酒店服務非常好、好貼心👍🏻出發前我們已查詢最後提供晚餐時間，回覆是晚上7:30，但因我們航班延誤及路上遇上大塞車！中途再跟酒店聯絡，我們會於8:30才到達，酒店料理長為了讓我們可以食到質素最好的晚餐，願意為我們等候到8:30提供晚餐給我們！我們很感謝酒店所有員工，每一位都很好！ 環境、衛生、服務、都給予5星好評👍🏻👍🏻

總體來説非常不錯的體驗，酒店總共3個套房，我們住的是紅富士套房，上下層結構，上層卧室下層餐廳，酒店廚房直通餐廳，管家直接從廚房上菜到客廳用餐。不足之處是廚房就在房間旁邊，油煙味還是避免不了，另外就是當天天氣不好看不到富士山，我們提前到了酒店，但是3點之前酒店是完全沒人的狀態，電話也沒人接，我們想寄存行李都不知道找誰，這點有點尷尬，或者攜程應該在網頁披露清楚，目前披露的前台營業時間：[週一-週日]08:30-22:00完全是錯誤的，10:00後，15:00前酒店就是空關的狀態。

硬件，私湯，料理，服務都非常棒。就是交通不太方便。

環境衞生 泡湯 風景 早餐 晚餐 都很贊 定的時候攜程衹有幾條評論猶豫了很久 結果很滿意 24小時恆温温泉這很厲害👍 缺點就是退房太早 應該多住幾晚 還有臨時加了一位孩子早餐 其實根本吃不下 沒想到一位早餐收1500rmb 不要隨意臨時加早餐😭

酒店位置雖然偏一點，但酒店服務員態度非常親切，膳食完全是滿分💯，每天都會帶來驚喜！值得信賴、值得推介！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

無論是觀富士山還是温泉都很贊，懷石料理和管家服務很棒！

非常棒棒！園林景色非常好看！！温泉私湯非常舒服！！晚餐也特別好吃！！！二樓客廳可以直接看到富士山！！ 就是山中湖町沒有河口湖町交通那麼方便，旅館衹有一輛擺渡車被隔壁的客人定走了，在車站等了2h都沒有公交，出租車更是衹能電話預訂，最後是走了30min衹在天黑之前趕到了旅館，各位沒有自駕車的旅客建議提前出發直接步行，小鎮的公交系統真的指望不上。 但！旅館本身非常不錯！非常值得一去！特別是帶着家裡長者或幾個孩子的，訂個聯排別墅比在河口湖町網紅酒店定幾間房要經濟的多，而且富士山景也沒有任何遮擋，再加上房間內的私湯，特別適合家庭遊。 最後獻上幾張照片，衹是本人拍攝技術不佳，大家湊合看看吧😂

服務巨差！3000人民幣含早餐晚餐的酒店竟然賣8000多不含餐，光早餐就收1000多！酒店什麼設施都沒有！明明是個浴盆，攜程網上説露天温泉！欺騙消費者！下午兩點多到酒店根本沒人！早晨10點就催促退房！因為司機路上堵車，酒店讓把行李拿出去，在院子裏等！沒見過這麼差的日本人服務！專門請了一箇中國人，我投訴他們，還説不負責翻譯
