I gave the management time to take care of this issue but still have not been contacted back. We stayed at the Fairfield Inn Oskaloosa on October 24, 2024 and found a bed bug under our pillow. We were disgusted. My husband collected it in a cup and took it to the front desk. He very discreetly showed the person working, who said management would be calling us as we requested a refund. They never called us. We checked out at 6:30 am and I finally called them later in the afternoon. The manager, Crystal, that I talked to tried to tell me my husband found it when we were leaving and that the room was just then being inspected and she would get back to me after that. No one has returned my phone calls or message left. I also received the receipt for our room charge. At the very least we should be issued a refund. I spent my entire evening washing, disinfecting, and using high heat on everything in hopes that we do not bring anything in to our home. I would highly recommend not staying here!!!
