This lovely twin house is surrounded by pastures and fields in the most beautiful part of Småland, the village of Träthult. Theres a few other houses in this village, and right around the corner are grazing cows and sheeps.Inside the split house you will have the left side, and the owners live in the right part of the house.The shared plot is welcoming with lots of lovely fruit trees and green areas. Patio furnitures are available for lounging around.Cozy old-timey kitchen, living room and bright bedrooms upstairs.Lots of beautiful walking trails close by, and you may borrow bicycles from the owners. 6 km to several lakes with beaches.1 living room: Pellet stove2 bedroom: (2S+1E)+(2S)kitchen: High chair, electric cooker, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, water from wellBath/WC: Washing machine, WC (entrance from outside), wash basin, shower (entr. from outside)and: Garden grill, plot shared with the owner 2000 m2, basic furnishings, countryside, non-smoking house
