Decor is excellent and the theme of the rooms is cohesive and smart. Excellent gym but pool was an additional cost, unless you have a suite. This was a disappointment and gives the place a cheap feeling.  There were lots of additional events being held at the hotel which gave the place a noisy and overly busy feel. Often large groups of party goers waiting for lifts at night. Corridors are also quite busy and noisy. There is a feel that hotel guests are a necessary afterthought when these events are held. Staff ranged from very nice to indifferent and sometimes even disdainful.  Overall I wouldn’t describe this hotel as peaceful or a place that makes you feel at ease.

A beautiful room but experienced a number of disappointments. Hotel guests must pay a supplement daily charge to use the swimming pools AND book at designated time slot. I have NEVER experienced this at any hotel anywhere in the world. I was in a premium room, but this policy applies to all guests, which I think is awful. It was also impossible to get a spa appointment during my stay. Zero preference given to hotel guests. I strongly suggest you book spa treatments at least a week in advance of your arrival. Also, there is no turndown service, unusual for a highly priced 5* hotel. Housekeeping also finishes very early, or isn’t interested in guests who don’t align with their schedule. I had to work in my room but left at 2:45pm and it was not cleaned despite signalling the room needed making up. The reception team were polite, but chaotic. Generally, the hotel restaurants seem more focused on catering to outside guests, which is a shame.

很漂亮的酒店！在市中心，是挪威住的最開心的一天！ 房間裝修非常復古，整體很環保，我沒有帶拖鞋，她送的拖鞋不是一次性的。浴品是byredo，很好聞！房間裏還有音響，有種回到家的感覺。因為太早出門沒有享受到早餐，酒店5點半就幫忙打包好了兩大包早餐，很豐盛，但是味道不太習慣。

整個酒店很漂亮，重新裝修過復古感拉滿，非常乾淨，就是房間特別小，兩個人在房間基本衹能一個坐床一個坐盡頭的椅子，過人會很擠，行李箱大了打不開

非常有品味的酒店，很美麗，很好的名副其實的設計酒店，裝飾講究。設施高級，衞生非常乾淨，環境一流，服務好。

房間很小很小，幾乎沒有立足之地。早上8點多還沒起床居然有服務員敲門問要不要打掃，也是第一次住酒店遇到這種事。加上我另一間房因為抽煙被扣款5千，住的完全沒好心情了，房卡一時找不到都擔心會被扣鉅款，好在後來找到了。總之非常影響心情，入住體驗很差

最糟心的一次入住，第一次差評必須給這家酒店。我自己入住三天，在第一天給同行人多訂了一間一晚，第二天退房後信用卡被酒店刷了5000挪威克朗，問了前台説在房間抽煙罰款。諮詢了同行人説是在衞生間抽煙了，問題是他根本不知道這房間不讓抽煙。也許我**，我也沒看到房間有禁煙標誌，入住時也沒人提醒，而且5千罰款太多！相當於兩晚酒店費用。這件事讓我後面兩天都住的不踏實，就怕我退房後又有其他扣款。房間本來就小的可憐，行李箱都攤不開。加上遇到這事，奧斯陸的幾天完全沒好心情

房間很漂亮，很有復古氣息，前台工作人員很友好，早餐很不錯

新酒店，色彩比較豐富，在市中心，附近熱鬧的地方步行均可到達，酒店對面有超市，餐廳，咖啡館，酒吧，奧斯陸的中餐也不錯。

裝修風格是我喜歡的，非常滿意，早餐也很好吃

挪威奧斯陸排名第一的新酒店，服務一流，房內的裝修設計審美力極高，床品舒適，早餐好吃豐富，我吃了2份，下次來還要住這家，真的愛了！

酒店看上去很酷 走的是網紅路線 細節非常粗糙 酒店房間門框用的是雙面膠 不斷掉落 一直耷拉在門上 衛生間馬桶設計沖洗按鈕在馬桶蓋下方 每次用完廁所必須手動關上蓋子才能沖洗黑色潔具好看不好用 瓷面質量超差不乾淨 入住七個晚上早飯吃到無聊 但是早餐還是算豐富的 酒店主打的是餐廳 頂樓的餐廳據說是奧斯陸最佳 需要預定 晚餐不用白桌布 味道也就這樣吧 沒有絲毫的驚艷 可能這就是北歐的風格吧 唯一稱讚的是員工都是金髮碧眼的帥哥美女
